This is a great place to grab a quick coffee and bite to eat. It’s not very well known but it has a drive thru and nice staff. Very clean interior as well.
This was my first time at Biggby Coffee. It was absolutely delicious. Love it !

I had the best experience at Bigby today. I got there about fifteen minutes before they closed because I saw online they had a buy one get one deal today. I would go here every day but it’s a bit out of the way of my usual route to work. They have the best flavors and tons of drinks other coffee shops don’t carry. The best part about todays experience (and literally every other time I have been here before) is that the staff here are the nicest kids I have ever met. It’s always a young high school or college age staff member that has helped me and they provide the best customer service at any coffee shop or deli in town. I always leave with a smile on my face, their recommendations are always exactly what I’m looking for and they just treat people how they deserve to be treated. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you!
While this isn't about the coffee, this speaks about the ownership and their sense of decency and care for a complete stranger. Craig S. was behind me at the post office and heard them tell me the lines were down, and it was cash only. Not having anything other than a credit card, Craig opened his wallet without hesitation and saved me a huge headache. This act is rare these days, and serves notice to me and anyone else that it's ok to help out a complete stranger in need. I will defiantly be paying this forward, and I will catch up to Craig. Simply put, the coffee is horrible. I drink black coffee every day, so I ordered a simple black coffee from this place (first time going here). Man, what a disappointment! The coffee was waaay over roasted. It tasted like cigarette butts and gym socks steeped in hot water. Took one sip and threw it away. Besides this, the place itself is an unwelcoming environment--not the kind of coffee shop you want to be in--and the staff was aloof. The prices were very high, which is fine if you get what you pay for. But in this case, you definitely don't.
This place is awesome. The staff is amazing. They are courteous and kind. The coffee is amazing, better than any Starbucks you'll go to. I know that's a subjective opinion, but definitely give Bigby a try. Honey Lavender Latte is the way to go. You can thank me later.
If they had Biggby here in Birmingham...I'd never go to Starbucks again....
One of the best bagel sandwiches I've had. Lattes were excellent. Employees were polite. Great spit that again, has an amazing bagel sandwich!!!!
This place closes at 1PM everyday, needs better hours.

Smells like a toilet, coffee tastes like artificial sweetener when none added. Service is great though, the folks are really nice.
Simply put this is not good coffee nor a good restaurant. The staff person who dealt with me was abrupt and not welcoming. But ok, I can maybe take a rough greeting but the goods have to be good to justify the initial interaction. But the coffee was not good nor was the tea which tasted like milk in hot water. The apple fritter was stale or ruined by the microwave. I will not be going back. Sorry Biggby, I gave you a chance with an open mind. I was disappointed.

Wow... Fantastic!!! It's great seeing other brands rather than Starbucks and Dunkin.
I love the coffee, but it is a little ridiculous with how long it takes them to serve their customers. This morning I pulled into the drive through at 8:30am. There were maybe three cars in front of me. I didn’t pull out of the drive through until 9am. Either they need to hire more people, or develop some efficiency. I won’t be going back unless I have no where else to be.
Kayla was AMAZING! She is the reason I’ll be returning every Wednesday I can! Literally the sweetest person ever. Came for the coffee STAYED FOR KAYLA!
