Specifically asked girl on the phone if general tsao chicken was breaded....she said no...it was... shockingly small amount of white rice. Not to be too picky, but we didn't even get a fortune cookie..... will never order from there again....I wish I could take back my tip...
Food is great, but can someone tell this place covid is over, so they can take out the plexiglass hotbox prison cell at the entrance? I've had to wait up to an hour passed my online order ready time for food, and they will always tell you "oh, it's almost ready!". Come on, y'all. Open the seating area and get it together.

Great food!! They make special requests with anything. We have gotten food from here over 30 times 🙂 and let me tell you it has always been good, tasty and the portions are huge. Can’t also beat the prices. Very very reasonable. Keep making delicious food! (Can’t post all the pictures of all the food that we have gotten, but those are recent once from couple days ago)
We had got some late evening yakiudon and boba and they were quite nice! Heavy on the bell peppers and onions, but nothing I couldn't ask for differently if I got it again. They were out of regular milk, so they offered to do our bobas with the vanilla boba milk, and it was pretty good actually! And major points for offering an alternative. I do wish we could go in and sit at least to wait for food rather than just being in the cramped entrance, but I can live with it. We will definitely be coming back!

Literally THE BEST Asian food I have ever had! Everything is always served fresh. One thing I can’t stand about takeout in general is when I order food and I get old, soggy, bottom of the pot leftovers, but here, you would never have that problem! The vegetables are always crisp, the meat is always fresh, and the flavors are so bold!
take-out only: I had the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl. Delicious! I would have liked a little more broccoli but, the bowl was packed. The chicken was firm and cooked perfectly...vegies too! My wife got the beef and broccoli and the beef seemed chewy but, I have seen that with beef in general. First time there and I will return!
Amazing ramen and chicken lo mein! Tofu is amazing too, highly recommend!

Hachiko is one of my absolute favorite places to get food in Williamsport! They have amazing Ramens, and delicious Teas. I highly recommend the Sliced Beef Ramen. The Beef is tender and melts in your mouth. It's one of my staple orders.
Hospitality is very poor. Still treat patrons like they have a plaque. You order thru a small portal and have to stand in a sweat box while you wait for your food. Get back to the "customer service"
I don't know if they hired someone new or what, but their hot and sour soup today was outstanding. The absolute best I've ever had.
My fiancé and I just ordered delivery tonight and I have to share our positive experience. As I opened our apartment door, our cat ran out and the delivery man stopped what he was doing and helped me chase and capture our cat. Additionally they included a gift card as an apology for a late delivery. If I could go back and adjust our tip, I 100% would, i am so appreciative that the delivery man went above and beyond to help get our cat safely inside. The food was hot and delicious which was an added bonus.
I love this place. The meals last me several days with leftovers to take for lunch. I have ordered many of their shrimp dishes, dumplings, and udon/Ramen noodle bowls and they have always been delicious. To echo what the reviewer below said, their delivery time is so fast and nothing has ever been messed up or spilled. Don't forget the tea with Boba or tapioca!
I went to dine in based mostly on reviews which are grossly overstated. First i was surprised they have "take out" only, i hate to eat in the car for the price of eating in a nice place.The ramen is coming from the grocery store and the broth is bland and unsavory. Dumplings were good but everything is 25% more expensive than Queens. And i hate to come back and ask for napkins!
I got a beef bowl, pork and cabbage dumplings, and a mango bubble tea. It was pretty good.
this is the best chinese food place in town! the food is always amazing, delivery is very fast, inexpensive, customer service is great!! i reccomend 10/10
