Delicious way to start your day or get some work done. Friendly staff, tasty snacks and amazing lattes! Noise levels are moderate for any work from home or students and they have counter space with plugs! Really enjoy my visits here!

Got the 16oz brown sugar latte. It was so good I wish it was a larger size. Staff was friendly, even at 7am.

Coffee was good and space was pretty minimalistic. Good option if you’re downtown in Williamsport

Big city coffee shop in a small town. Coffee is roasted and brewed well, bagged coffee is fresh. Good vibe inside, staff is chill. I hope alabaster never leaves Williamsport or a huge part of what makes the city promising to come into the modern day will be gone.

What a great place. I wish I could have stayed and drank my coffee there. As the interior is so inviting and relaxing. As for the coffee it was probably the best cup of Americano I have ever had! I was traveling and am planning on stopping on my return trip!

I got a cappuccino and it was great, the design on top just added to the nice aesthetic the place has! Would stop by again, service was quick

Although the coffee is good, I ordered a piece of toast and when I got to my car and got it out of the wrapper to eat, I found mold all over it. I truly am surprised and don’t know what to say. Very disappointed.

The best coffee shop in town, and probably the best coffee shop in the state. The aesthetic of this place is great with a lovely raw brick wall, its rather industrial but in a comforting and inviting way. Plenty of seating available, love the natural shaped wooden tables, the bar area at the counter has a lovely countertop as well. The coffee itself is AMAZING. I'm a serious coffee enthusiast, and have not found a better roaster in the state of Pennsylvania. Their signature blend, Sabra, is phenomenal, although I don't typically buy blends. I heavily prefer coffees from Africa, I find their flavor notes to be unique and the texture generally lighter for an enjoyable morning cup. I've had multiple Ethiopian coffees and Alabasters beats all of them. They also have a Rwanda roast which is more expensive (as Rwanda coffee typically is), but worth it, as the flavor notes are unique and delicious, the best African coffee ive ever had, bar none. I'm not huge on espresso drinks so I can't comment too much on their espresso, but I have many friends I've brought here who exclaim how good their espresso is (compared to their usual Starbucks drink, to be fair). They have a wide selection of pastries that they change pretty much daily. I usually try and get a different pastry each time I come here to try them all and they're all amazing. Glazed donuts are a good baseline to determine how a shop handles pastries, and they have an amazing glazed donut so it's safe to assume the rest of their pastries are delicious, which has been my experience. Baristas are friendly and good at what they do. Provide excellent service with a smile even if a customer is being difficult or rude. I can't name any one specifically, they all do such a great job. The only downside for me is their hours. I leave town weekdays before 7 and usually won't be back into town until 430, sometimes 5. Saturday they're only open 7 hours and Sunday closed entirely. Even for a coffee shop these hours are a bit s

Alabaster is an absolutely lovely coffee shop located in a great area of Williamsport! Their Sabra coffee beans are the best for making espresso/latte's at home...I mean the best!! Also they make amazing fresh coffee drinks and a great place to hang out and visit. Love Alabaster and I highly recommend them for all your coffee needs in Williamsport area!

Awesome, hip new coffee roaster and cafe with delicious coffee and lattes. Small section of tasty looking pastries, fresh roasted beans, merch. Cool industrial style cafe.

This place was very comforting and a perfect atmosphere for getting work done. The service was slow but the employees were welcoming and kind. The coffee was full bodied and flavored, and I also got an iced honey lavender latte which was a bit too sweet for my taste but delicious none the less. Although I wouldn't come in if I was in a rush. I will definitely be coming back when I'm ever back in the area.

We stopped here while traveling through to Rochester. Coffee is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. Was disappointed with display of bakery items and how quiet this place was. It needs to be busy, needs a breakfast menu Introduced and bakery items displayed on main counter under cloches and a bit more light, we thought the place was shut! This place could him, the building is absolutely amazing!!! Worth the visit! But make the business go girls!

Highly recommend checking this place. The atmosphere is cool. Their coffee is very tasty and fresh especially that they roast the coffee beans themselves.
