Didn't enjoy the 2 day old glazed donuts. Not fresh, soggy on the outside, hard on the inside. A waste of money. 👎👎👎
Their donuts are light and fluffy, and their frosting and fillings are creamy and delicious. This visit, the mixers were down and they were selling previously made donuts.
Absolutely atrocious customer service at the counter. Update: We absolutely won't be returning and we do not recommend this location. In fact, avoid it at all costs. We sent in an undercover reviewer to this location and what he saw, we assumed was a joke. Unfortunately, it wasn't. We witnessed one of the most shocking experiences from his camera. One of the divas behind the counter must have failed to take his medication and was absolutely out of his mind. He was caught mocking an elderly customer right in front of her knowing that she was hard of hearing and the other employees were actually laughing at his behavior. This is truly sad. This unfortunately is the state of a lot of small restaurants that are just trying to give kids a chance by employing them. The modern parenting experiment is now showing actual results as these kids are now old enough to enter the workforce. It's a zoo. It's seemingly ruining the future for us all. Combine this with lack luster products, under stocked shelves, and employees who are seemingly overworked or desperately hate their jobs, and you get this location. Take a skim through the rest of the reviews for this location, they all have the same theme. Avoid at all costs.
Donuts are consistent. Coffee is a crapshoot.sometimes burnt sometimes good🤷🏿♂️
15 seconds in the microwave. My favorites are basic glazed, lemon, and raspberry filled.
Amazing donuts, hot and delicious with just the right amount of glaze on them. The smell inside the restaurant just puts you into a happy mood
If you love donuts this is a place you shouldn't miss. See the live donuts making get it fresh from the line. Kids loved the experience. They had some coffee options too. Ample parking space with drive thru option as well.
Donuts were HORRIBLE and of the 6 employees standing there NOBODY had a clue how to do their job. Took about 10 min to get a special coffee. Won't be back any time soon.
I knew it would be. I knew that it could be. It was well worth the 17 minute drive to Krispy Kreme.0f course, when you walk in the smells & the sight of the store, gets you so excited. I just couldn’t believe how much a dozen of donuts costs now-a-days! So tasty, so fresh. I would drive the distance again. I shared mine with my three sisters & my mate, without even batting an eye. They were all so happy that I did!
I recently visited Krispy Kreme and was left with mixed feelings. While their coffee was surprisingly good, I was underwhelmed by their donuts. They were average, lacking the melt-in-your-mouth goodness I was expecting. Overall, I'd say the donuts were just "meh". While the variety of flavors was nice, the taste was nothing special. I appreciated the cleanliness of the store and the friendly staff, but the donuts left something to be desired. If you're in the mood for a good cup of coffee, Krispy Kreme might be worth a visit, but don't expect to be blown away by their donuts.
Best doughnuts anywhere! Just can’t beat them when they’re fresh. The coffee is good too!
All the staff members were very helpful and professional. Still would like to know their secrets for being in good shape. Heaven knows if I worked there I would be pleasantly plumped 😊😋. This amazing shop with warm delicious doughnuts welcomes you in delight. Krispy Kreme you make my days brighter. I'm not going to share with the public how many doughnuts I ate or how many dozens I brought, but let's just say all of them were just as super scrumptious to me and my taste buddies 😋. Please don't place any judgment on me, because today I was worth this piece of deliciousness from this great experience of this wonderful doughnut shop.
The selcetion of donuts was great and the staff was super nice and helpful.
Always out of donuts. Went early morning and they had only a few donuts to choose from. Place needs better management.
Bought a batch at 1:30pm and they were not fresh. Tasted no different than a Walmart box of donuts.
Very disappointed! I love Krispy Kreme donuts and had my free dozen to redeem on the app. The donuts had very little glazed on them. Hope they fix their donuts.
I come to this Krispy Kreme probably once a month because it is the only one around, and it is consistently a bad experience. The donuts are better than Dunkin’ and that is the only reason I come back. Employees are rude and slow and they are always out of stock of most donuts. EDIT 3/5 Came again for the new Reese’s donut and this place was the best I’d ever seen it. Young guys working we’re nice and quick to take our order and this was the first time we had ever seen the donut case fully stocked even with the limited edition donuts. They were even cleaning the windows. Hopefully it has made a turn for the better!
The only reason why I gave a 1 star is because of the black female employee rude as anything I had an online order my husband also wanted a order via in store this woman got so rude with us it wasn't even right then she started laughing about it we talked withe the supervisor on duty which was very nice the girl who waited on me was pleasant as well if the black female doesn't want 2 work with the public then she needs 2 go home very bad experience
Their prices for donuts is much higher than they should be
I’m not sure what the bad reviews are about! I ordered at the drive thru after driving 45 miles to this Krispy Kreme (since it’s the only one in western PA) and received my order fast. The doughnuts were hot and fresh! Jaden served me and was very friendly and nice! I would definitely make the drive back again sometime!!
