Charged 14.99 for a 12.99 Caesar salad. When brought to the clerk's attention, he belligerently said that that was the price including tax (it wasn't, tax was listed separately on the receipt) and that there was nothing he could do. Terrible customer service. Will not be patronizing this establishment again.
Couldn’t even get a cup of coffee, just let them have my money, was going to be too frustrating waiting for a simple cup of coffee. Incompetence supreme. I only wish I would have take. My money out of the tip jar too.
The employees were nice to me, but I didn’t like the white mocha. The coffee didn’t taste good with it. They use ghiradelli so the white chocolate wasn’t the problem. Maybe a different roast could blend better with the sauce and syrup flavors.

Just got off a long flight ...stopped to get coffee the girl didn't put whip cream on it so I said I asked for whip cream ..so she didn't beleave me and asked the guy working..I said I did ask for whip cream ..she said I don't have to serve you ..guess what your right ill never ever stop at the strip ever again ...very bad customer care and very rude
They used to make good bagel sandwiches here. Now they only sell pre-made sandwiches that aren’t worth getting. I also ordered an 8oz latte and they said you have to pay for a 16oz latte even though they have 8oz cups. I used to stop here every time I came through the airport. Very disappointed to see the loss of quality in such a big way.
Rudest interaction I’ve ever had with a stranger. The girl had glasses and brown hair and was so nasty I was speechless. I said thank you and she completely ignored me, so I said it again and she said “I heard you”. This girl said she’s been up since 4 and blah blah blah, no excuse to be rude. I smiled at her and told her to have a nice day and if she’s that miserable to stay home next time. She said “everyone got to make a living” and proceeded to be insanely rude. I asked for a supervisor and she said I am the supervisor. That’s unfortunate! Will never go back and that’s my go to place in the airport.
They sell lotto and I won but they refuse to redeem… I was leaving Pittsburgh so now I have a 50$ Useless ticket.. thanks

Tried their mango smoothie couldn’t finish a sip then trashed the whole cup. It was too sweet and doesn’t even taste like mango. Full of synthetic flavors and colors. They charge 6$ plus tip for such a toxic product.
The Strip Market at the Pittsburgh airport has a great selection of food items to purchase. This includes fresh fruits, a healthy selection of drinks, and snacks. I ordered an Americano, which tasted really good. The service was friendly and fast. It is definitely a nice place to stop and grab something as you make your way to the gate.
