Zero stars is not an option. Attempted the touch free wash. Don't waste your time. Looked better before the wash. Mainly just moved the dirt. Left a faint scratch down passenger side. Hope it buffs out.
I've been going to this place since it opened up years and years ago. I've seen it in rapid decline over the last few years with ownership doing little to nothing to keep things up and running properly. I was Trying to figure out where the wash brush was I finally found it. It was completely missing just shooting soap everywhere. The cost as gone up as the dispensing of product slowed. Sometimes the water just shot out more soap. It went from a great place to stop and wash to a complete rip off. Disappointed a place that I spent years washing my car just ain't it anymore sadly this was my last stop here.
Very poor facility. Poor maintenance.
Just as many others have stated this place is terrible. Gentle touch payment terminal took my cash but the wash wouldn't start. No employees anywhere on site and nobody answers the phone number listed and voicemail is full. Total scam place, go anywhere else.
Sometimes they charge u even if Bay is out of order with no recourse
I take my dogs here for baths all the time. Quick and easy
Not bad priced. Does a great job on my vehicle . I've never used the self washing only drive threw one. I get the $13 wash it looks great coming out of there. Clean & shinny.
Only place close for a high roof vehicle, like the fact that you can use a card, cash or change.
First class charged me and wash would not start. Help button did nothing and no one answered my call or returned my voicemail
The automatic wash on the farthest right took my payment and charged me, but then none of the equipment worked. I called the number they had posted and have received no response. As of now they have effectively stolen $13 from me.
Paid for wash, and the machine broke down with car in front of me mid wash. No response to help button. Called # posted & left message. No response. Total rip-off. Buyer beware.
Their equipment is poorly maintained as I was rinsing my truck off it kept spraying out soap. I ended up having to go to a different stall and rewashing my truck. It was a complete waste of time and money
This used to be a nice car wash, but it's terrible now. It's not being maintained properly. The soap is usually out, and the place is just overall a mess.
No soap in the dog wash and no one is ever working there.
I tried to use the self service wash and there was no soap at all. There was also no one to talk to in order to get my money back.
We went to use the dogwash and it was awful. There was wet fur and water everywhere. The smell was unbearable. Maybe adding a window and/or ventilation system could help.
Was a really good experience...it's a one dog situation. So if you have to wait don't be surprised
Most worthless car wash ever! Had to rinse soap off of my truck after automatic was done. And then it was $6 just to start hand wash. Very low pressure on wand. 3 of the Jet nozzles on automatic didn't rotate....definitely needs some maintenance. Also you have to back up to make the turn out of the auto bays unless you're driving a smaller sized vehicle.
First class my a** . My car is filthy!!!! Cleaned my roof but everything from door handles down and around is mud. So disappointed.
This review is for the touch free wash: it's not really very good. The car was neither clean nor dry when done. It is convenient.
