A little gem shown to us by friends. When traveling upstate and in need of pizza and sweets, stop in. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The thin crust and fresh toppings make you feel like you went to Italy. We of course had to get an Americano, as well. Take a look at the wood fired ovens and the bakery items, while waiting. There are also gift cards available for purchase. A great find for anyone to enjoy. We will be back again:)

Amber Donia bakery is an elegant dining venue that's more than just cupcakes, brownies, pies, and pastries. It's also a place where one can get unique, fresh, 14" wood-fired pizza. The staff members were extremely pleasant and personable, and more than happy to explain the toppings on some of their more obscure pizzas We arrived on a Saturday night around 6 p.m., and had to wait for approximately 15-20 minutes to be seated. The tables are enormous, and can easily seat 4 or 5 people and still have plenty of space available. The slow, blinking dangling ceiling lamps provides soft lighting and adds to the stylish interior decor. We ordered the Thorin's Thunder, which consisted of olive oil, pepperoni, mozzarella, soppressata, tomatoes, lonza, fresh peaches, basil and parmigiano. It was absolutely amazing, with the sweetness of the peaches offsetting the saltiness of the cured meats. For dessert, we had the salted caramel pretzel chocolate cupcake and the chocolate mousse brownie. Both were tasty, but the salted caramel was a bit too salty for our taste. The desserts weren't decadent, but nevertheless satisfied our sweet tooth. The Amber Donia bakery is a delightful establishment and truly warrants a night out for casual dining within a charming atmosphere.

Trying this place for the first time 3/2/23 and was looking to order a “nice” birthday cake for my wife’s birthday. I was taken back when I was told it’s a 2 week minimum to order a standard birthday cake. I did not think my request to have a cake made in 3 1/2 days was over the top. The employee working the counter proceeded to tell me about business issues and they can’t find bakers and thats why they manage their cake orders that way. This whole interaction was bizarre to me due to looking at a case full of cakes. I will spend my money somewhere else.

Amberdonia is probably the best bakery I've been to. The desserts are light and not overly sugary. Feels very old-fashioned in the way that they bake. The Cannoli Muffin was amazing, and so what the Peanut Butter Truffle. Runner up to that would be the Blueberry Lemon muffin. Parking is plentiful, the staff was very respectful and quick. Friendly, too. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

Anytime we crave pizza, we go to Amberdonia for dinner. This place is the best. The pizzas are absolutely delicious and creative, and the thin crust crispy, and flavorful. The salads are fresh, with various fruits and artisan cheeses. And the desserts…one is better than the next. Even the cappuccino is worth the trip.

Went for the baked goods & was not disappointed! The selection was impressive & the flavor incredible! It was simply difficult to decide on just a few, when my heart truly wanted to buy them all. Thankfully the staff was patient & helpful in describing their choices. We will be returning soon for waffles & pizza, and I certainly hope my next birthday cake comes from the great bakers at Amberdonia!

Visited today for the first time. #1 Walking in the place is absolutely perfect setting. #2 The Gentleman that helped us was outstanding customer service. Gave us a tour of the establishment and background. #3 Bakery selection is absolutely in my opinion best in area. #4 Will definitely be visiting again soon to try out the Wood Burning pizza!

I wish I could incrementally give more then 4. I'd give it a 4.6. Everything is wonderfull, the atmosphere is clean and fanciful. Staff is great, food is amazing. Price. Price is good for 90% of the menu. None of the Pizza's are over 20bucks, you get perfect portions, the pies and cakes are fantastic. $3.95 for a 12oz soda is ridiculous. Get a fountain machine. Otherwise i believe everything is on point. Only other thing i can say is you can watch the pizzas being made which is amazing (persoanlly) but its hidden in the back. Which is a shame. I do make it a point to watch every visit. Definately would recomend to anyone.
