I love visiting gigis when I visit woodloch, the menu is unique & the coffee is always exactly what you asked for! Their food items are also some of my favorites, especially the overnight oats!
My chai tea tasted so bad I threw it out. I've never had such a bad tasting drink I have no idea what happened but I'd likely never go back based on that experience alone.
Honestly the drink I got was so awful I could take maybe three sips before I just threw it in the trash. You couldn't convince me to go back.

Best coffee in the poconos. Awesome staff, super nice, really cool vibe, and they have homemade ice cream and bubble tea! You'll love it here. Super friendly and they never disappoint, I have no clue why anybody would not like this place. Having been up this way a bunch it's become a tradition to get here first thing in the morning. If you want to pro tip, get here around 8:00 or 8:30 because this place is right in the middle of the action so you can expect the line if you're thinking of getting a coffee before your first event. The wait is worth it and usually no longer than 5 minutes Also definitely get the ice cream, like seriously. And a special shout-out to Meredith. She rules.
One of my favorite spots in the world! The staff is super nice. The coffee is amazing. The beet salad is my favorite lunch. Kelli the manager is so passionate you can tell she loves it here. Oh and of course the Boomer Bites are my life!!!!! I really love it here so much went here almost every day when Covid hit and the reopened. It was my solace in my insane spinning world.
Very rude service, when we asked for the pastry we ordered, she responded “I am sorry there are a lot of you guys”. I really don’t know what she meant but there were three groups of the same race I guess 🤷🏻♂️. Their espresso tastes like water.
We got Chai latte, Caffe Mocha, and Cappuccino and all of them were very thin and un-tasteful. We told them about it and they rudely responded that this is what it is!!!
Stopped into GiGi's on October 2nd at 12:30pm. Three stars for selection. However, only one person working which causes very slow service. the lattes need major improvement! The one girl working scalded the milk on the lattes. Woodloch managment, please get a barista or training to GiGi's employees. Patrons....Pass on the lattes here!
Basically a little Starbucks in the middle of the resort. Many different types of coffees and teas. Also a nice grab and go section is you need a premade snack, salad or sandwhich on the go. Lounge section with tables and chairs to sit and relax.
Love the service and the drinks. Teedy freeze is great!
