The food is good, the service is what keeps me coming back Lauren and Chrissy are the biggest draw. They are friendly knowledgeable and provide a wonderful experience. IMHO they deserve all the credit for the success of the place.

After Boss Lady - whose primer on fundamental decorum and customer service lay yet-unwrapped in its Amazon delivery box - you'll contend with drum-pump avocado spread, Seven-Eleven tomatoes on soggy rolls, three inedible sandwiches, and that queasy diner's remorse that shadows you relentlessly for the rest of the day. Nice patio dining, if you can look past the dirty tables.

Delightful store. Good food, bakery and coffee. Only reason I gave service 3 stars is they seemed understaffed for amount of customers in store with line to door.

Very Cool Building! Built as the worm nursery for the Silk worms that supplied the Silk to the nearby mill. The New Yorker bagel and egg breakfast was fantastic!

Five stars because the coffee and our food were piping hot and delicious. I have eaten at a lot of cafes and you would be surprised how often the coffee and the food are less than optimal temperature Kudos to the staff at Cocoon for getting it right!!

Terrific spot for great coffee, delicious breakfast/lunch/snack options and pleasant staff for a perfect coffee house experience. Lauren behind the counter greets everyone as if they were an old friend to really start your day off with genuine positive energy and as she said, she helps make the magic in this super cool spot. ☕️✌🏼

Nice spacious place with good decor, big parking space and many beverage and quick snack options. Got an almond croissant and a matcha latte with blackberry shot. Both tasted really great. The prices are reasonable too. The place has an EV charging point.

The coffee was excellent with various flavor shots to choose from. Tried the dragon fruit latte which surprisingly was good.

Mediocre, stale biscotti, toasted bagel barely toasted and floppy, was it even a bagel? But the coffee was ok, so not a total loss I guess.

Excellent breakfast spot. I had the San Fran breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. The cappuccino wasn’t over milked, like a lot of other places. They also sell some wine, beer and deli items.

This place is awesome! They have true NY style bagels, with the egg bacon n cheese and honey 🍯! They have all fresh baked items and a whole lunch menu too. The cooks are friendly and its located in a historic old power House building with great architecture!

Tried to contact the Silk Mill for our wedding cake after being really impressed by their work at a friend's wedding... emailed twice and called and left a voicemail, weeks apart, and never heard back from anyone. Good food, but unprofessional service. Super disappointed.

Solid breakfast spot, particularly if staying in Ledges Hotel. Nice vibe, pretty good coffe, and good selection of pastries/breakfast sandwiches.

Coffee was good. Service must improve... we waited for the barista to finish his friendly conversation to have our coffee made...
