Very noisy. Between the beeping from the door alarm and the coffee grinder it's impossible to carry on a conversation. I ordered a plain tea and took forever.
I got my Easter Bunny and other chocolates for myself.
Lovely cafe, excellent coffee and tea, comfortable place to meet with friends. And OMG the chocolate! So good. And the staff are lovely.

I was going to visit once in 2021, but it was closed due to COVID-19.
$ - $$, But well worth it. Yes, they do have Chocolate's: Milk, White, Dark, and even Sugar Free, too. They're Famous Chocolate Covered Strawberries and Grapes. They also have their Gift Card Shop, which has Stuffed Animal's, and Paintings. Also, their Famous Chocolate Cafe' w/Homemade Ice Cream and Lounge Seating. What's not to love!!?? Even Outdoor Seating?? Yes, they have it. Enjoy yourselves!!!
The coffee and chocolate were fantastic. The service was awesome. While I would say the coffee was a plus, and the chocolate was some of the best chocolate I have ever had (not the generic stuff made in a different part of the state) it was the friendliness of the staff that put this place over for me.
Staff is super helpful and friendly. Best chocolate candy and a wide assortment. Meltaways are to die for. Definitely a place to visit.
One of my favorite local Erie places. Every time someone comes to visit me in Erie, I bring them to this place, for a sweet treat. Can not go wrong with any of their chocolates. Do not wait to get your chocolates for holiday occasions. The store gets very busy, and stock can get a little low, plan ahead!

Best chocolates on the planet. Made fresh at this location. Family owned chocolate store with nice outside patio in the summer. Coffee and cappuccino store next to chocolate store.

My girl drove up there to go to a Birthday party at the childrens museum. She told me she was going to stop here on the way home to Ohio. I sure am glad she did! Those melts were fire 🔥.
I grew up just arguing the corner from "Papa Stefanelli" or as his son named the store "Romolo" Simply put you won't find a better chocolate. Some of the staples you must try include Sponge Candy, Chocolate Covered Pretzels, they're chocolate covered caramels are to die for, Melt-Away is literally magic in your mouth! Mallow Cups are big huge gooey delightful cups with a mallow fluff like center encased in thick luscious chocolate. Basically, you won't find anything that's not inky the highest quality but often a decades old family recipe & Erie tradition. The Café & outdoor seating is great in the summertime.
Enjoyed this place so much! Visited the bakery first and ordered the Raspberry Hot Chocolate. Then we browsed the gift shop before heading into the Chocolate Shop. This place did not disappoint! We left with an assortment of packaged chocolates, sponge candy truffles, different chocolate barks, and licorice beans! Katy was very sweet and did an amazing job assisting us. Even though she said she'd just started her job, you would never know! The entire staff was friendly and provided quick service to their guests. Also very clean. Would 10/10 recommend
The best place to shop for sweets for Valentines Day. Their Chocolate covered Strawberries are always very popular!
