Great variety but paying premium price. Perhaps that is just the concept of the business model but I don’t see how customers benefit by paying more than average for “Health Foodstuffs.” Some things are worth it but most aren’t. They also offer other things for free so it’s not too imbalanced but I don’t shop here regularly because of the prices.

They have the best cafe. Pretty good size cafeteria and you can study or chat with your friends; the food they make is very high quality and very healthy. There is a wide variety of alternative health products and medicine, and it's my favorite place to visit in Erie.

My favorite place to get organic, healthy, vegetarian meals in Erie for a fair price. Grocery store features a nice bulk goods section with a wide variety of nuts, beans, legumes, dried fruit, etc. Also lots of in season, local organic produce. Friendly and helpful staff.

I’m so happy I discovered this place ! They have GF snacks and food items galore in their store ! Along with dairy free , vegan & vegetarian options! The cafe inside is very accommodating and aware of cross contamination, I had the Buffalo chicken wrap gluten & dairy free , it was DELICIOUS! I’m celiac who’s sensitive to cross contamination they have a separate preparation area I ate there happily & safely ! Staff was super nice & happy to accommodate dietary restrictions!

When I moved to Erie, I was searching for a place to purchase fresh goods, organic, etc. This is THE place. Fresh goodies, treats made from organic ingredients and I LOVE the soup! Thank you for having quality products available in the area.

Got rang up was never acknowledged, no eye contact and my change was dropped in my hand like I had the plague. Amanda needs to get a crash course in customer service. I only gave 3 stars because the other two employees were pleasant.

Always enjoy coming here. The food here is excellent and I love the atmosphere of the place. I highly recommend the BLT with some chips, a gluten free chocolate chip cookie and a nice cream soda. Very good place to go for a nice meal, or to buy your healthy foods.

Visiting Erie and did not expect to find good a vegan restaurant. I was so wrong. They have beautiful ingredients with homemade protein and cheese. I had the Twighlight Zone wrap, with apple sauce, and a carrot juice (I forget it’s name). Everything was delicious.
