Fast lane is my go to for coffee and breakfast. Very friendly staff and always the best service. Unlike most coffee shops they have a good selection of breakfast munchies and a Bomb breakfast sandwich! I recommend them to everyone.
Service not that friendly. Latte had burnt coffee flavor.
Overall I have always enjoyed this coffee for its flavor, and wakefulness I receive. I also love that they are affordable even with having to pay extra for non-dairy milks, easily almost half the amount you would pay somewhere like Starbucks. The customer service is better in the morning than later than the day but it is always pleasant and accommodating.

Was driving thru and was excited to see a coffee drive thru before I hit the hills. Waited and watch the car in front of me have an extended conversation while 3 cars on the other side/lane drive thru. Went somewhere else and got on with my drive.
Excellent service. Usually order drinks for my crew once a week. Order is always correct!
I’ve gone to Fast Lane for over 8 years and never had it happen where I sat for around 12 minutes, while whoever was working with having an extremely long conversation with the guest in front of me…. just laughing and carrying on. It’s ok to have a good-short conversation but over 10 minutes is ridiculous and rude. Went to Dutch Bros instead… and probably, indefinitely.

I have been there 3 times now. The first time was great,cheerful staff,awesome drink. The second time, I ordered the same drink but was charged a dollar more than the first time, when i asked why, the girl spoke to someone,handed me the change and walked away without a word. I decided to give it one more try.Today, I went through and asked for the largest size tea that they had, when it was made I said, I was hoping for the biggest size.The woman responded with, that is the 32 oz. size,you should have asked for the 32 oz. ! I am not going back. That is disappointing service twice in a row. Good tea, though.
Always an excellent cup of coffee.
I was charged $5 for an iced American with flavor. An iced americano was $3.50 and to add flavor is $1. He charged me for a mocha which is stated as $4.50 but then charged me more because an americano has more shots then a mocha. I didn’t order a mocha. He said he did this because his boss texted him said so. I was also up charged for adding cream to my americano which was not stated was an up charge. He also wasn’t wearing a mask.
My favorite drive-thru coffee! Except the guy wasn’t wearing his mask over his nose...gross. And he held my cup by the RIM which is unsanitary and I actually drink out of the cup (not a straw or the plastic top) so my mouth touched his hand/money germs. He should know some basic sanitation rules! But the coffee is GREAT!
Great drinks and great service, the cream cheese coffee cakes are a bit freezer burned tasting but everything else is great!
Friendly Barista's that remember my usual drink. Great tasting coffee!
