The manager Shania tries her best and is incredibly friendly for staff members are wondeful and they try. If they mess up they ALWAYS try to correct your drink. Ignore the Karen reviews, they are great!
Service was friendly, prompt and i got a real genuine vibe-not the fake nice vibe at some other places. I was ordering for someone in absentia, who gave me a vague idea what they wanted-a big chocolatey blended coffee thing. The baristas knew exactly what to do! I appreciated them taking a moment to make sure i got what i was supposed to... For being cool to me despite my confusion and making good suggestions.
Awful experience. All the workers were extremely rude. I watched the girl with curly hair grab the trash and then proceeded to grab my drink without washing her hands. I’m not a clean freak but how disgusting. She also barely interacted with me as if her co workers were more important. Don’t go here unless curly haired girl isn’t working.
Stopped by got 2 coffees. One hazelnut truffle and one carmalizer. When they gave them to us they said the first one was the hazelnut. It was not! As soon as I took a drink of what I thought was the catmelizer I discovered it was not. I have a hazel nut allergy and this is 100% not OK. I'm just glad I live close enough that I was able to get home quickly and take some benadryl. This is also not the first time my drinks have been messed up. The baristas should be paying more attention to their job and stop worrying so much what people are out doing. I don't know these people and it is definitely none of their business what I'm out doing. Just make my drink correctly an move on.
Disappointed in the amount of plastic still being used here and in other fast services. I have seen other companies take larger strides towards reducing environmental impacts and I would like to see DB do the same.
Showed up to get a coffee after a long rough Monday morning and I was greeted with the sweetest smile from Kaley (not sure if I spelt that right). She turned my day right around! Thanks girl :)
I want to say that every time I stop by and get coffee the staff is above and beyond kind and my experience is always wonderful ❤️ I stop by five days a week. I'm thankful for them all. 🙏 Love Donna 💘

Love Dutch Brothers. The coffee is so good! I recommend the bald eagle or a blended peach rebel with pomegranate drizzle. They are bombalicious! And free drink for my birthday 🎂
