Unprofessional, disrespectful, incompetent. Loud music bumping from inside, barista sitting in the drive through window chatting with customer in front of us. Not sure if anyone is in charge of this place. After getting our drinks wrong, one barista took one of the drinks back and dumped it, while the other barista said she couldn’t take the drink back. When we asked what we should do with the coffee we didn’t want, she pointed at a dumpster behind us like 5 feet. When we drove away and left the drink sitting there the barista said something I couldn’t make out completely, but it started with, “oh you…” What alternate reality do these kids live in that they get to treat customers like that? Highly recommend you skip it and go somewhere else.
The employees are unprofessional choosing to gossip and joke with each other instead of making orders. After the long wait they made the drinks wrong anyway.

Terrible experience. Looked like half the employees were high on something. Couldn't make order correct after I was asked twice. Terrible waste of money. Never again will go to this stand on Stwert Parkway in Roseburg Oregon.

I love this location. But today was not happy... I ordered light ice and chocolate and Carmel drizzle on my drink. No chocolate at all and definitely not light ice.
This spot does not seem to be as good as others. Coffee seems more watered down than others.
Took 10 minutes to even take my order. Only one group of two teens were in front of me. Person did not know how to multitask, spent a minute between orders just standing there waiting and chatting while the next person decided what they wanted, ended up giving us a smoothie that had way too much flavor and not enough ice. April 9 at 7:30pm
