This is a hard review to write as I can't blame the restaurant too much for our experience. The food was really good, good portions, and a great price. Service was doing the best they could, they were busy. Here is the hard part and why we couldn't do 5 stars: the blatant racial discrimination from the other customers was so heavy you could physically feel it. It is a totally whitewashed establishment and those of color are not welcome. Not the staff, I want to be clear, the other patrons. I will say to the restaurant, the promotions you have inside do indeed promote these things. That said, your staff treated us well. I'm legitimately embarrassed to say I was born and raised in Roseburg due to the experience. Sad day.

Casey's is the place to be for breakfast. However was disappointed in the dinner. They were well known on the area for their chicken fried steak. Last night at was pretty tasteless. Goes for the gravy as well. Not spices at all. The vegetable medley was of the frozen variety. Lousy.
Had a number 7 it was very tasty. Done just the way I like it.

Fast service, great food , a must go if your really hungry!
First time here. We stopped for breakfast. Waitresses were all pretty friendly and attentive. Food was good. Only minor complaint is that took a very long time to get our food. We think it was due to possible short staffed kitchen. Anyway, thumbs up!
Nice size portions, hot and flavorful. The BLT’s were double decker like a Club and the French Dip has lots of meat!
