Love their bagels. But they need a bigger place. I know that is not possible but it's the only draw back.
Horrible staff, they need to get it together, I've seen staff yell at other staffing members to the point that they cry, the prices are inconsistent, one day a bagel is 2.50 when another day its 5.50. The staff doesn't know how to make the drinks on the menu, they either need to take it off the menu or train properly. They are awful and never feels like a warm welcoming experience when I've gone in to this dumpster fire of a place.
It's an ok bagel with cream cheese. Nothing amazing, but not bad either.
Perfect bagels... get there early for selection. Workers are nice. Building a bit worn down and small but worth it
First time went there it was delicious homemade bagels..
Always great bagels. Vegan options available. Always busy so we call ahead to order. Staff friendly but always very busy. This is our "go too" place for vegan lunches
Food is delicious but the b**** behind the counter with her teeth missing can’t make stuff right. Came back in for a remake for it to be messed up again. Her attitude is HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING. She’s not made for a customer service job. Once I get my stuff made right and something is done about her, I would possibly pull my review or raise it a couple stars. But as of now, I would not recommend going there while she is there. Unless you like your customer service served up with an extra side of bad attitude.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about bagel tree. It's one of my all time favorite spots for smiling faces, friendly service, and amazing food. They have so many choices and although they often run out of flavors of Bagels they work hard to make and cook then as fast as they can while not sacrificing wonderful service.
Very busy small place but great service and food
Terrible customer service! I asked for garlic cream cheese- they put veggie on it and when i told them they literally threw the bagel back at me and said it was right. when it wasn’t right.
Friendly staff, cute atmosphere, and yummy food! I recommend their Chicago Dog with all the fixings! Seating in house and outside.
Very disappointing to go in 5 hours before close and they don’t have plain bagels left.

Best bagels in the world! I buy them by the dozen & freeze so we have them on hand, we often go to eat lunch there, have no hesitation reccommending the Bagel Tree Cafe

If you're from the area, you should already know these are the best bagels you can find anywhere, but if you don't already know that, you're in for a treat! Always delectable, you're going to ruin every other bagel you ever had or will have, because these are legitimately the best.
The kind of down home, good food, good service, for good prices place that is only found in small towns these days. Their bagel sandwiches are great!
