This was a great coffee shop. Very spacious and airy and lots of room to relax, or study, or hang out with friends etc. The coffee was also very good. They have several sugar free and diary free options which I always very much appreciate. They have outdoor seating as well. I enjoyed the space and the coffee.
Excellent service, a large variety of flavors, normal and sf. Fair pricing. A good place to do work/study.

A very quiet open space coffee shop to get work done and have business meetings. I went there with two of my friends to do some work. The place was so nice. My friend had there coffee with whip cream and she absolutely loved it. Good price. Amazing customer service Coffee shops in Portland usually closes early but this store is open till 5 which was a plus for me. Definitely coming back.

Easily my favorite coffee shop in Portland. It's quiet and inviting. They have a lot of options for coffee and tea drinks. The coffee is good! There are a few pastries and snacks available, including some vegan options and some prepackaged gluten-free bars.
They brought the coffee and food right to my table. This doesn’t happen in most shops. The coffee was delicious and unique.
I had a lovely time with my bestie today. We had the blackberry mocha (heavenly) and the Bear Hug (wow). The pastries were yummy. It was a pleasant, welcoming, unhurried atmosphere. This will definitely be a regular coffee spot!
Live down the block from this coffee shop and the few times I have gone the owners who are married always seem to be bickering/ the husband more specifically. He can't seem to play off being irritated. There is this tension that makes it unwelcoming to sit and enjoy my drink. I stopped going due to that cuz the vibe is off which to me makes a difference when I want to go with friends and have a nice chilled shop. Coffee is okay. I have had better. 2 stars cuz the wife is sweet

Stopped in here for the first time today and what a gem this place is! Super cute interior, friendly staff, and tasty drinks / food at reasonable prices. It seems like it would be a great place to work from for remote workers.

I wished for coffee, and I got exactly what I wished for 👀 The Americano from Refuge Coffee House was delightfully strong, and it gave me the kick I needed for a gray day. The staff, who I think it's the manager/ owner was professional and attentive, paying attention to detail and catered to what I wanted. This is a lovely place to get some work done, or just enjoy your coffee while taking the environment in.
Love the coffee here! One of the best cups of black coffee you'll ever have. They also have delicious fancier drinks that aren't too sweet. Plus vegan milks. What more could you want?

Wow! The pastries are off the hook, I just wanted coffee while I wait for a ride. But was kinda hungry and who could pass up the soft fluffy squishy goodness, it was just amazing. Definitely would come here again.
Vegan options, all the milk alternatives, wonderful customer service and you can't beat the prices!
