Peets coffee store has been my favorite and my first choice of coffee, they brew and serve quality coffee beans, their espresso is nicely roasted. Their coffee beans are roasted and brewed in a different way than the common summatra coffee beans used by Starbucks. The Disckason is one of the top beans, I tried most of the coffee beans, and they all taste great. Too bad they don't serve luwak indonesian coffee.

I have never had a worse experience at a coffee shop, and I work at one. I’m visiting Portland with my sister, while walking around downtown we figured we would go get coffee. The shop was empty as was the rest of downtown. Both workers were extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked which retail stores were open and got a very rude response and then was asked to step back for no reason. Let’s just say I’m never going back to this location. I am very upset with the service I had received
Good coffee, topical Peet's. Just add a high number of homeless people walking in. Not a problem though
Only place open with a bathroom available for people to use early in the morning. Coffee was also good. I appreciate the efforts for waste reduction as well

Visiting Portland from the Midwest and I absolutely love this coffee. The staff has been fantastic each morning. Please bring this wonderful place to the Midwest, specifically WI. It would definitely be a success.

I have been to Peet’s a few times for coffee. I normally select whatever is fresh. Around $2 a cup.
Asked for extra hot. Got like warm. Scone not very fresh. But most other visits were 5 star
Best belnded coffee i have ever had, amazing consistency and very well balanced flavour. Highley recommend. Great costumer service and vibe as well.
Early morning staff is always top notch
Same price as starbucks but much tastier. To the point that you'll avoid them altogether. Much more relaxing and comfortable inside as well. $2.80 for a large coffee.

If you need a quick mocha or a pound of beans in a hurry, this place is great. They are quick, knowledgeable, and sell quality stuff. The beans in the back are awesome if you don't want or need the very expensive stuff.
Pumpkin Spice latte uses vegan mix! Only place I know that does so. Service was also great.
