North Portland's correlative to Southwest Portland's Spunky Monkey. Teeny tiny coffee stand front facing as "Sexy," offers good coffee at a price within reason. Portland Boulevard (RParksWay) is not as bone-rattlingly busy as Barbur... prepare 4 parambulator traffic and any number of Karens...
Best coffee in north Portland!
This is a great coffee shack. Covered outdoor seating. The coffee was yummy. There is a parking lot and on street parking. My friend and I had a great time meeting here.

When i inquired about the orange juice brand i was told "Anderson", unsure of the brand, i followed up asked if that was concentrated orange juice. The person responded "No". When i got my cup i noticed immediately it was concentrated. Growing up to Minute Maid i knew this watered down, poor excuse for real oj wasnt legit. I looked up Anderson OJ and got the answer. When i confronted the server, they said it was " Anderson Farms". Yo there is no Anderson farms except a sod supplier in Canby. I was lied to about something petty yes. But what does that tell you about the ethics of this company amd their employees? Lie to the customers to make money? Nah im good.
Every single time I visit grind house I get such great service and my order is always 💯 ! I always get a brown sugar cinnamon latte and I especially love grabbing the "everything crescent" whenever they have it! Visit this little coffee stop, you won't be disappointed!
Amanda is the true gem of the neighborhood. She cares about her customers and makes all feel welcome. The coffee and bakery items are always great quality.

The coffee is so good and the breakfast sammies are pretty tasty. The service is also excellent.
