I have never bothered to write a review before but I decided to for Coasties because it’s just so darn delightful. We’ve been getting coffees, scones and breakfast bagels here this week on vacation and the service and everything they make is just excellent.
Loved this cute little coffee shop in Newport! The bagel sandwich was super savory and melt in my mouth good. I ordered a house coffee with macadamia nut, and it was unfortunately not so good. It tasted watered down. Super sweet, warm, welcoming atmosphere, though, and will go back again.
Coffee is great and so is the food!
good food and lots of house made syrups but they really skimped on the matcha we ordered, was more like hot milk than it was matcha.
Love the atmosphere and we were glad the shop was opened early so we could stop by. Enjoyed the food and coffee.
The bacon-egg croissant is the best pastry I've ever had in my life! It was impossibly flaky and generous with filling/toppings! Worth the price!

Hands-down, this is the best coffee and breakfast place in Newport! Everything is made fresh in house. I had the avocado toast with goat cheese, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and walnuts, and it was delicious!!! My Mexican mocha was decadent. Ambience is warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Thank you so much for a lovely experience! This is our new go to place in Newport!
Probably one of the best coffee shops I’ve been to in awhile! Customer service was great—food, pastries, and coffee was even better. Very cute and small, the atmosphere was very homey and I was able to comfortably read for a couple hours. Would definitely come here again!

The Kraken is the greatest breakfast burrito I've ever eaten in my entire life omg this is incredible. Coffee is great too. Wife's avocado toast is next-level. Can't recommend this place enough. If 10 stars were possible I'd figure out a way to give it 11.
Amazing breakfast burritos! The way they were rolled and then grilled was also a nice touch. The avocado crema was a really nice touch. Friendy and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

I stop here weekly for delicious sweet pastries, homemade savory scones or freshly made warm bagel sandwiches. Reasonably priced - and they often have a sale cabinet too! Huge drinks selection and three types of milk on ice for you to self-serve which is great. Sometimes service is a little turse and I've felt a bit uncomfortable when waiting before but mostly they're lovely. Noticed how it's always super hot inside so leave any jackets in your vehicle! haha
LOVE this place! Whenever I visit the coast I always make sure to stop by here. Awesome food, great coffee and good service! Love supporting small over the big chain coffee shops. Plus, their pastries are to die for!!

In the last 2 months i'v shown up 3 times and they're never open when i go. Double checked triple checked the hours and, tried calling. In this day and age with people doing reviews online you need to keep your hours accurate and up to date. I will still keep trying
