It's hard to describe Cafe Stephanie in any other way than a truly unique dining experience. From the decor to the exquisite menu selections to the friendly staff, Cafe Stephanie is a delightful place for coffee, breakfast, or lunch. The sausage, bacon, ham, and mushroom omlette was perfect, and the home fries are pan fried (and not deep-fried). The vanilla French toast was also perfect and had great flavor and presentation. Our breakfast at Cafe Stephanie left us feeling satisfied in every way.
Who needs maple syrup for your French Toast when they have a wonderful marionberry compote! Very nice breakfast cafe with a genuinely pleasant staff.
So rare to find a breakfast place where you don't need to salt the eggs. Great portion sizes as well l. Awesome job!
Without a doubt some of the best food I've had in a very long time. This place is really special. They could charge far more and I'd still come here as often as I was able. The only "problem," with Cafe Stephanie isn't really a problem and is probably more of an asset that helps keep this fantastic business humble. It's small. The place can comfortably seat about 20 people, but if you get here and there's a line, order one of their ridiculously good muffins at the front counter to tide yourself over and just wait. It'll be worth it, I promise. I'm going to come back again as soon as I can, and I hope it's exactly the same. P.S. Get the biscuits and gravy. Trust me.
We went during breakfast rush. Food came out quick, service was awesome, and the food was delicious. Best Cafe in all of Newport, will definitely be visiting again.
It's a tiny spot, so don't count on seating but a must go!! Very good food and service 👌🏼
Wife and I have been coming here for nearly two decades ever time we come to the coast. Best crepes ever! Forgot to take a picture, because I ate them so quickly. Great atmosphere and people here. A must stop when you visit Newport.
Food was good, my wife didn't like the Baggett French toast but the burrito was good. The place has limited seating but it worked out for us.
