Everyone is always friendly and outgoing. This is some of the major perks of Dutch Bros you get treated like family
The server Are friendly and efficient
Way slow employees visiting with each other and other customers with a long line of cars. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Then 2 people came up and ordered after me but got thier drinks 5 min before me!
Service at this dutch bros has gone down hill, keep getting the wrong size ordered, put wip cream on when asked not to, I always order the same drink, a kicker freeze and they always taste different, from to sweet to hardly no flavors
They are always so friendly
I love going to Dutch Brothers and McMinnville. Most of the employees are younger adults, some look like they're in high school, and it's great to see them working. They're always smiling, polite, cheerful, and respectful. I get an Americano about three times a week and I've never had a bad experience. I hear a lot of people say, "I'm not tipping somebody for just making me coffee". These young adults could sit at home playing video games, hanging out not making any cash, but they're working. Remember to tip them, even if it's just a dollar. Reward them for their drive and work ethic. I sound like an old lady... because I am. Lol

Always love getting a quick vampire Slayer with lime nothing beats a dragon Ball freeze avocado style if you know what I mean. One of my favorite things here is the street Taco cuz it's known for its flavor and for its uniqueness. Ask for it happy style if you're ever in a hurry 😊

How can a coffee drive through not understand an order of two medium coffees with cream? Yes, hot. What we ended up agreeing on what two Americans (very highly priced) and when delivered, they were both without any cream at all and the brew itself was decidedly not what an Americano should be, both bitter and a bit weak. Not for me thanks. I just walked back and returned their beverages and didn't bother getting my money back. Also, thought we were getting muffin tops, as in coffee cake muffin tops, but instead they were cold somewhat meager slabs of cake with some streusel in there. Pretty sure the fat used in the cake was some kind of shortening with a lot of flavoring, because the flavor was good. The cake slabs were cold and kind of almost gummy. Still feel a bit gross after eating them, even though they tasted good and it was two hours ago. Hmmm. Starbucks it's not. Except the pricing structure.

They got all my order wrong and I got the wrong drink when I ordered a different one and we also asked for straws they didn't give us straws so I wouldn't go go to Starbucks instead
It is ALWAYS SO LOUD AND DISTRACTING no matter the location. They do well at hiring friendly staff but have to repeat what's said because if music level.
We visited there in a big group of twenty something people and they handled all the business very well. Our drinks were made fast, but were correct and very delicious.
