Over 40 minutes wait? Expectations it's a pour from the spot and go. Slowest Dutch Bros.- 2 employees???? Management or owner need to come in if employer count is down..
Nice young lady helped us get our coffees
They made a good coffee. I would be back to have another from them again.
Just very slow as they were swamped with two lines of cars out to the road..
SUPER SLOW SERVICE NO RUNNERS CHOOSING TO COME OUT SHOULD PROBABLY CHANGE YOUR DRIVEWAY CAR WRAP AROUND TOO
Totally worth the wait. The Coffee is great but what was even better Is the service. Kaylie McVay is uplifting friendly and provided amazing service! Her smile always brightens my day and she always remembers my drink!!
Kaylee was really rude when I asked for straws she rolled her eyes at me and shoved the straws in my hand
My fave coffee business hands down!!! Their customer service model is top notch, unlike any of their competitors!!!! SO friendly, fast even when there are lines of cars .. just always a great experience!! Get the same great service at all locations 99% of the time!!
It was the slowest drive thru i have been to in many years.
It’s tough, I love Dutch but this Dutch is unbelievably slow! Every single time i have gone has been nothing short of a 20+ minute wait. Not sure if they’re training new people, I’m sure they are which is fine. But it doesn’t change the fact that the wait for a rebel is 20 minutes. After further reading newer reviews, it sounds like they only have one machine for espressos which is honestly insane to run a double window Dutch and no runners lol. I’ll be visiting less often until that gets fixed.
DELICIOUS! I always leave happy and excited about my drink, I also love their collectors stickers! Recommend unicorn blood, aftershock, and vampire slayer!
By far the slowest coffee shop I’ve ever been to!
Great smiles and of course great coffee ☕
Always the best!! They can be busy but be patient; it will be worth it.
Love Dutch Bros, skip this location. The franchisee refuses to buy more than one espresso machine, but still has a double drive-thru, so it’s a 20 minute wait if three cars are in line, which is all the time. Try Lighthouse or Human Bean in Lincoln City instead. (This is a 100% selfish review. I have contacted corporate a couple of times, they just punt to the franchisee as the owner/operator. I love Dutch Bros, Iced Oat Milk Latte is my jam, but ughhh, the wait there is gross and I’ve visited many of their locations, it’s 1000% that they only have one espresso machine (two taps) so no matter how much the teenagers are hustling you just sit, and sit, and sit, in line while they try and pump out drinks. It’s a terrible experience, but good coffee.)
We sat in line waiting for 30 minutes before we got to the window. There were 6 people working and they didn’t have anyone outside taking orders.
My rebel was good and the service was excellent.
Best coffee in town, the staff have my drink memorized, very personable crew.
Great staff, good coffee. 6" of snow, pharmacies and clinics shut down. Not the hero baristas, all four filling orders with a smile.
Me and my girlfriend went to Dutch Bros while staying in Lincoln City. Usually any Dutch we go to is super uplifting and friendly.. this experience was nothing like that.. there was a girl in the shop talking about how much she hated working at Dutch, and she doesn’t get payed enough.. while also cursing to customers in front of other customers.. and gave us not great customer service due to the lack of good attitude. Hoping that this doesn’t happen to anyone else! We came through on 2/21 in the morning around 9-10.
