I have been here many times. Their service was excellent but it has deteriorated. I order a tea very specifically, it was made wrong, I very kindly brought to their attention and got a very nasty attitude from them. I will probably never visit again until they change their customer service. It is ok if a drink is made wrong but the nasty attitude to fix it is unnecessary. Especially since a tea latte costs $6
This is a nice little cafe. I got the last small table and had an iced Moroccan mint tea and a chocolate chip cookie. Both were tasty. The service was friendly, fast, and informative.

I've been wanting to try this coffee shop over by Marylhurst for a long time, and I wasn't disappointed.
Coffee and food were great. One issue is that the tables and floors were dirty-had to clean the table myself.

Except for one problem, Ovation would be a good coffee shop. The problem is NOISE! Pardon me for shouting, but the ambient noise level in the shop is obscene. The employees must go home with headaches.

Americano tasted like it had bittered or gone wrong the last time, but most of the time the coffee is great!
Loved this place, for the great ambience, the awesome location, and most importantly, the great people that made our first cups of tea and coffee that much more enjoyable. We had a special dietary requirement and they happily customized the food accordingly. Highly recommend
The Moroccan vanilla chai latte is SO delicious! It has the most wonderful flavor. Their food is great too. They have some nice, healthier breakfast items. The Supreme biscuit had a bunch of sauteed veggies with the egg and turkey sausage, and it was exactly what I needed to start my day off on the right foot. I will definitely be back!

So excited that this coffee shop/restaurant exists so conveniently because the Moroccan pistachio latte has become a favorite! I try not to go as often as I think about it😅 Since it’s nextdoor to Annie Nails, another favorite, my latte and I have a date every couple of weeks😍
