The staff is so amazing here and always so friendly! The best nitro cold brew I’ve ever had! Always the best part of my day is spent here.
The baristas always have a smile and my drink is always perfect. They get through the line quickly so I never have to wait long and I like using the app to pay for my drink and earn points towards free drinks.
I ordered a large kicker and was given a medium drink and it wasn't a kicker. after taking a few sips I felt a hair in my mouth. It was a large wad of hair that looked like it came out of a clogged drain. I'm not sure if it was on purpose or not (part of me thinks it was) but it was very bad service and deserves a 1 star review.

I had the Large Mocha Hot and it was delicious. The service was excellent but the time it took to get the drink was agonizing.
I go out of my way when I'm heading in to work to get coffee here, they rock and are the nicest people!

At the hood river location, your employee Isis treated me and my friend horribly. She didn’t speak at all and walked off with my card. And then when she moved onto the next car she was all joyful and happy. but this isn’t the first time. it always happens when she’s working.
The coffee is "off". Not sure how else to put it. It doesn't taste right. Perhaps it was the gal who made our drinks. We don't usually have issue.
I’ve been here in town for a bit and I often snag a drink outta here for work or for my travels! Typically I always ask for a surprise as it challenges their palette and every time they’ve delivered! A ton of people there I appreciate and are awesome to get a great good vibe kickin! Just one lady whom I stray from but the rest are absolutely wicked! Excellent little Dutch!
Drinks went up in price significantly. I stopped buying the week it happened. My drink went up a full 2 more bucks 🤣, figured out I can make a knock off 911 for less than half the price at good Ole Micky Dees 🤣
Daughter just had surgery on her broken arm in Portland and was heading home to Eastern Oregon when we decided to get some Dutch in Hood River. Unfortunately my daughter dropped her smoothie on the floor a few minutes later. After cleanup went back to get her a replacement and they did so for free! So very nice and much appreciated in a stressful time. Thank you!
