Friendly staff, ok coffee, nothing here has much flavor unless you know to ask for 'extra sweet' or whatever the code word is to pump the flavor in more than once, regardless of the size you are ordering.

Huge shout out to the Florence Oregon location!!!! I came thru the drive thru and when I got to work my dog spilled my coffee before I could get out of the car and they were nice enough to replace it for me. I was just starting shift at 6pm and was in dire need of that. Thank you so much🥰

Unfriendly staff. Coffee was not served with a smile and the worker was rude and didn't bother wiping off the spilled Coffee on the sides and bottom of my cup I saw her spill. Luckily I'm not from that area and I live in Eugene where they are always happy, smiling and even know my name.

Maybe not the very, very best gourmet coffee in the world, but it's extremely good. The staff, however, I would rank among the best in the world -- kudos to Dutch Brothers training department. The young people manning the kiosks have top-notch people skills that will serve them well the rest of their lives. Combine that with great coffee drinks, and fast, genuinely friendly service, you'll wonder why other businesses can't manage to provide the same level of service and quality.
