Good coffee and tea. Good service
Still has the best raspberry smoothies, same as when I was a kid. My dog got a puppacino too. He loves it!

Was just refused service by a young lady due to me telling here over and over it is rude to ask " do you want add a tip" who ask that? Unless you expect a tip from each customer. I will give a tip each time but not if expected or asked. So if want a barista to harrash you on tipping then planet joes is your spot. When this girl (Chloe possibly) is working. They owner should be aware who she employees and asking for tips is not cool especially in these times.

Excellent customer service, Chloe is a rockstar! They have the best white chocolate mocha, not overwhelmingly sweet like Starbucks. I stop in everytime I'm in town.

Nicole at Planet Cup of Joe always makes my Breve London Fog the Best! I have been craving my Planet Cup tea for two weeks while out of town. It is so satisfying to finally get my favorite drink from my favorite coffee shop! Always friendly and great drinks!
Beautifull ladies running this place good coffee
I asked for cinnamon in my cappuccino and they put “cinnamon syrup flavor” (ALOT) and never asked if a wanted “cinnamon flavor” or real cinnamon or sugar, which I didn’t want sugar, and syrup is all sugar… the drink tasted like fireball and big red gum… overly sweet and fake cinnamon taste, disgusting. Second awful coffee from here. Overpriced as well. Drink and money in the garbage. Never again. Investing in a good coffee machine.
Strong coffee that really hit the spot! The baristas were friendly, helpful and recommended the Americano to help wake me up and it really did! I felt charged for the rest of the morning!

Terrible service. I understand making coffe of hard but you should at least keep the line moving. Will never be back me I didn’t even get coffee because I waited for so long.
