Dallas, OR dutch brothers is amazing. I like to drop by with my grandkids and get smoothies, cocomo or shark attack, which we call "Shrek" attack, because of its green hue.
Love the caramelizer drink.
Use to go here all the time but the quality of the drinks went down hill so stopped going for about a year. Decided to give it another chance and sad to report the drinks still taste awful

Hello, I would like to let you know that the girl that helped me today about 11:30 at the walk-up window is the reason I will be going to Starbucks instead. She had a smile on her face but attitude and the way she spoke to me was very Condescending and off putting to say it as nice as possible. I just left, she was at the walk up window. For the experience people come to dutch bros for she is not up to par. We had got our drinks and had to come back because there was barely flavor in our daughters drink again she was rude. We left, got about 20 minutes out of town, and I found out my drink had no flavor at all. Overall, it was just a very bad experience and not worth spending our money on.
I went to Dutch brothers on March 8 and was told their system would not take my card, so I went up to the window, and again, they said their system would not take my card. So they gave me a “free“ cup of coffee. So, when I checked my card statement, it shows that I had been charged twice for that cup of coffee. So I went down to Dutch Brothers and asked them about, and they said that it would come off later. So I waited for a couple of days and went back. I asked for the coffee that I obviously had paid for and showed them my card statement that showed I’ve been charge $3.25 price twice for a “free cup of coffee” . Once again, they said give it a while and it would adjust and come off of my statement. It is now 15 March and the two charges are still on my statement. They won’t give me my money back or the cup of coffee that I paid for. they keep telling me it’ll come off and it doesn’t , so I was charged 2 cups of coffee on a “free coffee“! No, I don’t mind paying for the cup of coffee that I purchased but I don’t like paying for the cup of coffee that I didn’t get, but was charged for! Apparently their system was messed up did not show that I had paid and recorded that I had paid for 2 cups of coffee! This is poor customer service. I will not go to Dutch brothers again. Obviously their system is messed up. One of the people working that had come out to my car. Said, when I told him my story, “well it’s working now”! As if he didn’t believe my story! I’m done with Dutch Brothers!!! What a rip off!!
Always on point with my coffee! Today the car line literally was around the block. The runner came out and took our order on the side of the road.

It's always going to be good
I think the customer service is what makes this place worth going to. I've been to many coffee places and this is one of my favorite for the service.
Employees are always very patient and kind. All drinks are great. I love being able to personalize everything.
Overall super sweet people! Everyone I've met here is super friendly and positive, but not the annoying sickly sweet. They're all just genuinely kind and positive! Their drinks are super tasty and they follow what you want very well! Complicated orders? No big deal! You won't feel guilty for being extra here!

I hate the straw history and 90 % of the time the Barista hands out the green straw to me. I am ALWAYS polite, friendly and courteous.
Most of the coffee is pretty sweet. The staff are always super up beat. Service is great.
Best green tea ever💜💜💜 so needed it before the caine show.
