We love this place. They have the best coffee in town! Only complaint is you never know if they will be open. Sometimes we stop by an hour after they should be open and they are closed.
Brooks and Terrys is a hit or miss for opening times, lately It is 3 min shy of 630am and they have already had 3 people drive away since 6am My last bagel was not even toasted or warmed up 😣 631 am …:. Sad 😞 no one as of yet I do appreciate the seasoned ladies they are awesome 😎
I had coffee brought to me today. From one of your facilities. However, I can taste why you have more than one. The coffee tasted like pumkin spice. The Coffee was good.
Good Coffee & Teas. Italian sodas as well, slow service because they're a small place but great staff!
Well I’m not one to criticize. Today started off a great morning until I stopped by Brooks and Terry’s. I ordered a caramel Macchiato and it came out colder than tap water and halfway down the cup I took a medium gulp and my mouth met a hair that came outta my coffee. This is disgusting and disturbing I will not get coffee from here anymore.

The swipe on my card wasn't working and the barista working was so kind and gave me my drink for free. The staff is always incredibly kind and efficient, and the drinks are always great! My favorite place in town to get coffee. Q
I just went there and asked if they could help me figure out what my sister got my mom a while ago. I mentioned one of the ingredients and I was told to look at the menu. Horrible customer service. I should mention this girl was younger and working with someone else. This was my first time there, and clearly I was not impressed.
I have been their a three times. The first two times was with the same employee who was gave off an attitude of she could careless that I was there. The first time I figured maybe she was having a bad day. Then I figured you know its been a little bit let's give this place a try again. Went again and was informed they were closing in ten minutes and are only doing iced drinks. I said ok and placed an order. Was decent even left a tip. Have worked in costumer service. I realize it's annoying if you've already cleaned a blender and a costumer comes in and makes an order that requires it. But thats how it goes, you make the drinks and reclean the equipment. Unfortunately they make good drinks but not impressed with the customer service.

Went there for a coffee, first off. Theyre coffee is extremely inconsistent. One day its great one day it tastes very meh, and to charge 5$ for a medium. Insane! Also, with that being said the Illegally charge for debit card purchases ( 25 cents) that they dont even tell you about. Found out by looking at my statements, because guess what? They dont ever give you a receipt. Overall, Meh coffee for premium coffee prices. GO TO STARBUCKS IN SAFEWAY INSTEAD!!!

They tend to bea little slow but its worth the wait, the owners are. Amazing people and I love their coffee
