It's my favorite coffee shop, so much so that a couple of the ladies know me so well they have my drinks memorized. anyone that knows me knows that is my favorite thing for someone to know my order. The ladys here are so sweet and are great Baristas.
You have just got to try the Banana jammer frappe if you haven't. I wouldn't steer you wrong, promise. It's a delicious chocolate mix with a whole banana blended in. You really want to kick it up a knotch? Yeah you do, so ask politely for them to add some Carmel. Then you just get ready for the brain freeze because you can't stop drinking it.

My girlfriend and I went here today to get a free drink since she had a free coupon. Once we order the drink within then bounds of what the coupon said we got told it will be $.75 because the drink was over 5 bucks. The coupon doesnt say anything like that and no sign says that. This is false advertisement and illegal. Not to mention the barista had a rude attitude.
I am a newbie to EB as everyone already knows their coffee is fabulous however I encounter supreme customer service from an associate there Thank you Skye it's people like you that brighten my day
