I like stopping here on my trip from the Bay Area up to Portland. This trip there happen to be five people in line in front of me of the drive-through. They had a pre-order person come up to your car and take your order. I ordered a medium coffee with some oat milk. He repeat it to me. You want an Americano with oat milk? I told him no I wanted a medium coffee with oat milk. It turns out that’s what they call it. I kind of wish they had sleeves for the cups instead they use 2 cups which seems to be a waste. I like their coffee.
Love the iced coffee. I had the Irish Creme Cold Brew kicker it was great, especially on a hot day
I love this place. They are super quick on getting you in and out. The staff are always super amazing and friendly plus the drinks are made perfect everytime.

Dutch Bros is good don't get me wrong but,if you want a really good blended coffee go to soco coffee in myrtle creek. Wow its like a milk shake not joking.
Extremely passive aggressive guy working the drive through. I regret giving him a tip. I would have said something, but I caught a vibe at this DB. Usually I have excellent experiences at DB, but not this one. I’ll sail past on hwy 5 next time & try a different place.
I had been waiting 15 mins with only 1 car ahead of me who I watched place her order. By the time I got to the window the young man who processed my payment, approx 2:50pm was very, very cordial. I spoke up and let a blonde girl know I only had 6 mins left to get to work. I was going to give her my name and come back tomorrow. She "snapped" at me and said "we're in training right now so you're going to have to wait" WHAT?? Is this the new way DB is treating people? I have been a faithful customer for years and in one visit she made me not want to come back! Personally I'm sick of people like her treating others in a disrespectful manner, this not how DB treats their customers. I will not be returning to the Hwy 101 store in Coos Bay, for fear I will have to deal with her rudeness. All she did was run off a faithful customer and teach the girl being trained how to snap at customers. I'm 64 and I don't put up with disrespect from kids anymore. Too bad, but honestly I'd rather wait a half hour than be treated like I'm less than her. Does she understand without your customers there's no need for employees, especially someone rude like her? I rarely complain, but her remark, in her snotty tone and attitude was uncalled for!
I wanted something fruity but not like a water drink. So this nice girl who listened to me rattled on suggested a Fire Lizard Dutch Frost and I am in love with these Frost drinks. Great people work here!
