So happy that I went here! The barista was really nice and recommended me the vanilla cold brew, which was delicious, as well as the ham and cheese croissant. It also had cute merchandise like tote bags, pins, funko pops. I sat outside on one of the benches as I enjoyed the sun, my food, and journaled!

Went there at 9:30 on a Saturday. Staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome, even though we stayed for quite a while studying in the comfy lounge chairs at one end of the shop. Dogs were also made very welcome with dog bowls of whipped cream...this is a mixed blessing for me - dogs are cute and it was sweet but I don't have a dog (and dont want one) and it got a little bit annoying dealing with all the pups taking up floor space in there (minor annoyance). Otherwise, it is a great location on the plaza there with lots of outdoor seating as well, plenty of fun drink options, and just enough pastries (kinda dry and not that tasty but large) and breakfast sandwiches to keep you steady from the caffeine overload. Overall I really liked the place; there are lights strung across the ceiling and a cool vibe with no loud music playing and it was a nice mix of noisy at the end with the tables and kinda quiet over in the lounge seats.

Brickhaus is an awesome coffee shop! I have celiac disease and very few coffee shops are safe for me due to gluten cross-contact. The staff here are very knowledgeable and careful and I have never gotten sick coming here multiple times every week! The coffee is delicious and they have lots of creative interesting specials, as well as pastries (both gluten and gluten free from Petunia’s) and other snacks. They’re always friendly and the service is great. Also dog friendly, our dog loves coming here for a pup cup.

So, we drove over there intending to get coffee and then take it and go eat at the food carts. Unfortunately for us, we had just been to the farmers market and failed to use the restroom before leaving. My daughter, inquired about a bathroom, after looking at some of the items sale and the menu. For so odd reason the gentleman working the counter told her that another place nearby had one but they were closed. Then he proceeded to tell her about the food carts having a bathroom. Later he informed us that there was an actual bathroom for paying customers. We ended up staying and watching the television as it was rather entertaining. Had there not been a bathroom we would have been forced to leave, so, thanks for that. Our visit would have been viewed more favorably had his response been different initially. The drink wasn’t very good but we did ask for more flavoring which improved it considerably. My daughter has been a barista since 2015. I like that you offer water and use reusable metal tumbler. The seating was great! I will recommend this place to others and inform them of the bathroom location. I’m shocked the other employee, female, didn’t inform us of the bathroom either. We had called called beforehand to find out if reusable cups were an option. I’m still shocked they would approach customer service in this manner. I worked in retail back in the 1970’s and I would never have treated a customer this way. That’s something I would definitely work on. I did like seeing masks and sanitizing of the seating area. I do also know that this is owned by a woman. That’s why we took the time to pay it a visit!

I first visited this place while staying at the hotel across the street, just like "oooh! Coffee!" But lo and behold this is now one of my favorite places. I literally think about the ravenclaw latte (blackberry almond) ALL.THE.TIME! I even lived in a different state and missed it so much, thought about it and talked about infinitely... I couldn't wait to go back. The Hufflepuff is good too btw, and I want to try the Gryffindor now... and there are cute gifts and a warm, happy atmosphere. I'd come get a coffee here every time I visited. Now I live in the area and will be there whenever I crave that Ravenclaw.... Which is a lot. So hi workers, love you, you do great work. It's right by the Beaverton metro stop too! And food pod! So go!!!

Nice to find a coffee shop where you can have your cappuccino served in a large ceramic mug, sit in comfy padded chairs and peruse books & board games. Cool local merch in the retail area — and an entire table dedicated to dog treats. Brian is passionate about his coffee & highly attentive.

My favorite coffee shop in Beaverton - staff are so nice and helpful and the menu is really fun with unique drinks along with all the espresso bar staples. There are books and games provided and I really appreciate their sustainability efforts. You can't go wrong!

A cute coffee shop with a nice environment. Coffee was pretty good. The shop is small but there is enough seating. This would be a nice place to stop by if walking around that specific area

The service was amazing. Staff is super friendly and patient. Having this be my first time here.. I needed a minute to eyeball the options and menu. They didn't make me feel rushed or guarded at all. My friend who is dairy intolerant had questions that they were able to clarify and answer easily. And the fact that they brought our order to us as we sat down.. very nice touch. I will be back. If you are around this area and looking for a good coffee shop to sit for a minute. This is the place. And they offer a selection of cars and board games that says.."come on in and sit for a while."

Great coffee, warm ambiance, and friendly service... only complaint is that it is slightly hard to find the entrance when walking from the parking lot.

Lived right across the street for nearly two years. Wife and I walked over to Brickhaus many many times and it never disappointed. The coffee is great every single time, the food is surprisingly good, and the real treat is how friendly the staff is. Really wonderful atmosphere that is totally laid back and inviting. If we still lived in walking distance I know we would be back there all the time. Lots of fun memories having some coffee with lunch, and playing battleship!

Not allowing cash as a form of payment makes buying a drink WAY more inaccessible and Will make time spent at the register much longer

Had a nice, foamy latte "for here" in a Bohemian mug. Sat in a very comfortable chair and stared at the wall on a day when I did not need to think or talk. Stared at the weird video of odd pastries being made in some foreign place. Thought I saw a lonely Adam Levine. Probably not. Comfortable, comforting. Just love it.

This is my favorite coffee place in the area. I love the ambience and they make great drinks. I especially love their Harry Potter themed specials and they have holiday ones as well. Definitely recommend!
