Long long wait. Good food. Great coffee.
This has to be a top 3 restaurant in Norman. I’ve never found a better brunch spot and I’ve been here for almost 10 years! Service is top notch. Food is incredible! Eggs are so delicious and the Avocado is soooo fresh.
We've tried the French toast & eggs benedict & a few other dishes. Everything has been really good, but our favorite is the Sriracha honey chicken & waffle! Delicious! Service was good too.
The seasonal Star Gaze latte was unimpressive and the huevos rancheros were probably the worst I have ever had. The beans and sauce tasted like they can straight from a can and the potatoes were soggy, undercooked, and bland. The menu says it has cilantro but it’s literally one single leaf as a garnish. It was also lukewarm. If you’re looking for good brunch on Main Street, just go to The Diner instead.
This place is cute, but the food was meh. You have to really think outside the box to make brunch special, and this wasn't doing it for me. Another option would be to make food that's good and also cheap, but this place is pretty pricey for what you get. Overall, not a good value.
Small and busy. Food was great, staff were friendly.
Delicious breakfast! Slightly slow service, hence the 4 stars, but otherwise great.
The service was good, but the food wasn't very good.
It was a little loud when my partner and I first arrived, but our waitress Emma was amazing and had some great recommendations for places to shop nearby. 11/10 will be back!
Excellent experience, and yes I did read the reviews and don’t have an explanation for the negative ones. Complaining about waiting? Seriously if something or someplace is a great place to have breakfast. Isn’t there a likelihood others will want it as well? Get over yourselves since it wasn’t established just specifically for you impatient souls. Stay home and fix your own. I too found the service to be impeccable. Knowledgeable, courteous, & attended to every need. Would, will, & shall return. Delicious experience!
The name says it all! Great pancakes, waffles and varieties of toppings!
Cute breakfast place. First time here in a while and was pleasantly surprised by the new vegan/vegetarian options. We tried the Vegan Haystack and the Smoked Salmon Bagel. We also enjoyed a sweat cream waffle and decided to add Nutella, banana, and almond slivers to it. Deliciously decadent!! Five trillion stars!
Aside from almost chipping my tooth multiple times on potatoes and the bacon having any texture cooked out of it and the less than attentive waiter, it wasn't bad. Have definitely had better experiences here in the past.
I love their unique menu of both food and coffee, and it’s probably my favorite breakfast place!
Service sucked employees stood around talking waited 30 minutes on my food with only 6 customers in da restaurant once the waitress set my food down in front of me I pulled a hair off my food right in front of her face then she left to the bathroom to put her up in a ponytail then she had the nerve to come back and ask me how it was and I said not good being that you just watched me pull hair out of my food my mother asked for more water and she looked at her and walked off I’ve eaten there several times and it’s the worst service I’ve ever had and I won’t be back.
Everything tasted frozen. Food was overcooked, overpriced, and just bad overall. The smoked salmon made my meal taste like dog food, and they didn’t season anything. I do not recommend in the slightest. The only thing tolerable was the coffee. Usually I do not post reviews, but the food was so bad I felt as though I needed to write this.
My husband and I went here for brunch. I got the sweet cream pancakes with caramel drizzled on top. I also got two sausages that were delicious. The red pepper gouda soup was so good. It's my favorite soup and difficult to find at any restaurant. I made it from scratch, but it was a lot of work. Syrup made it very well, and I didn't have to clean up my kitchen. My husband ordered the cinnamon roll waffles and a random soup that turned out to be the potato one. He loved them both. He got a peppermint coffee to go. He loves peppermint and said that the coffee was wonderful. They have a variety of great food choices, and we will definitely be going back.
We have not been here since pre-covid and it really just seemed to be off. Maybe it was today. The bathroom also felt unkempt. The food was okay but my skillet was way too hot to eat even after it sat a bit. I ended up asking for a Togo box and ate it when we got home. It tasted good. My husband got chicken and waffle. The server warned him it was grilled chicken, not fried. Turns out it was shredded like for on a taco. It tasted okay but not anything special. Perhaps it was just an off day for them. Nothing was horribly bad by any means, it just was okay and we were expecting more based on our previous experience.
If you like pancakes with an extra special sweet kick, this place takes the "I" out of HOP and makes it the #1HOP
A very popular breakfast place, got seated quickly and the wait time on my latte and food wasn't very long. They have seasonal drinks, vegan, gluten free, and lunch options available, staff were polite and tried their best to keep things quick even tho it was particularly busy. 10/10
