I recently returned to shipleys after a few months away and disappointed . Cake donut smelled burnt and weird grease flavor Cinnamon twist dry like 2 day old Plain glazed was dry and doughy. I hope it returns to the donuts we love.
Got a dozen this morning at 6am, every one of them stale. Also, Miniature donuts half dozen $9 ? I'll go back to main st and lindsey Donut shops, better, bigger, fresher.

This Shipley’s was amazing! So clean, staff was welcoming, and experience was overall amazing!! Michelle was the best to work with and so kind and personable! Coming back definitely!
I ordered cinnamon roll that was a mistake. It had chocolate and walnut topping 😂. No thank you. I will give them one more try, maybe.

This is my second time trying this particular location. Always gives me cold donuts!! Even when I went early morning when they should be the freshest! Not going back, two times and different times cold donuts..
Reminds me of Brenham tx. Cappuccino was a bit heavy/too sweet but donuts are great. Raspberry filled at so fresh

Been a fan of Shipley's forever. To this day when we head to Houston we make sure and get some to munch and always stop on the way out of town for some take home. I see a lot of reviews that mirror our experience with the Norman location and the responses are mostly 'hope you will give us another chance' but where is the 'we are going to do better'??? This spot is not up to par for Shipley's and more often is a disappointment. Donut King is far better and to be honest the On Cue products better and they sit in a case all day.

Staff was great, donuts were not. Tried an iced chocolate and apple fritter. Both were not fresh, super chewy, and almost stale. Too many other good donut shops around the metro. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
We love our ladies here, my wife and I, and Michelle is awesome and we have a gift for her so hope she is in today or else we won't see her for a few days the wife is having a minor surgery tomorrow so we will be resting but we hope to see her in a few hours she is the best so go and see the crews over there so great. As a Disabled Military Veteran I love giving my time and money to a worthy business that treats my family and I so well, so thank y'all so much, and we absolutely love everything we have eaten there so it's all good. 🤠
I wish i could rate it lower. Place has gone down hill in the last month or so. The donuts and kolaches use to be so delicious, but they have changed how the kolaches are made, and not good anymore. And the donuts seem to always be old and stale. Even going early in the morning, they are not good. They are so bad now, even my 4 year old nephews have told me the donuts are nasty and hard. It's such a disappointment now. It use to be my favorite place to get donuts but now I am searching for a new place.
Staff was so friendly! The girl with the blue hair was so nice and helpful.
Went here once, had never heard of this chain..donuts are heavy and don't taste good. Should have been a Krispy Kreme!!
