Received the wrong order. It was still a great smoothie just not what I ordered. No receipt was given. Small wait due to casual conversation with the car before us. Visiting in the afternoon or evening may be best.

I like their coffee and food but this has to do with the disappointment in their staff and manager and corporate. The store itself and the website shows the wrong time. My husband went by at 8:15 and they close at 8 even though no place shows that. When he drove up to the window, the worker looked at him and turned off the light and walked away. The worker could have at least told him it was past closing time. I asked corporate if the manager could reach out to me (not just once) and the manager never did. I will not be recommending Scooter's again for coffee friends. In response to the owner since I can't respond to it - I already tried more than once (see above) to connect with the corporate team so why would I go through the hassle of filing out the form again?
Grabbed a quick blended beverage to go and they were pretty fast. It was dead at the time I arrived, but it was still a good experience.
Fast, friendly, and high quality. Who could ask for anything more?!

Really great coffee but you can’t modify the food because it’s frozen and individually wrapped. I don’t get why the food would be so expensive when it’s literally thrown in the microwave

This is a red bull infusion with no ice. ($6.99)I know drinks are all ice but damn. A year ago I could not recommend this place enough but they are so bad now. I have tried to give them a few chances since but I think I am finally done with scooters. The last 3 times I went my drink was wrong and the barista's did not offer to remake. In short save your money and go to one of the other 4 coffee shops on main.
Coffee is way better than the place with the green sign.
