I've been by here at least half a dozen times in the past couple of months at various times ( noon on a saturday was the most recent) and they have not been open. Would love to see this place open again
This place should just be called F You Tea. That's the way they make you feel. They're never open during posted hours and constantly out of things.
Ordered two drinks, they were the correct items but wrong sweetness level and ice amount(they ask how much you want). This is the only boba shop that has messed this up for me.
I've showed up 3 times during hours of operation and all 3 times there was signs on the door saying temporary closed. If you going to have times posted you should open and close on set times.
What Is The Best Flavor Of Boba Tea
I love Kung Fue tea, their flavors and actual boba are great. However, this location is NEVER open. They never post on any social media to show what their hours are or when they are closed unexpectedly. Please have consistent hours are at least post when you will be closed!
I never received my order. When I went to pick it up, the store was closed despite being within the hours of operation. I tried calling their phone number for over a week to ask for a refund, and I still have not gotten any refunds nor anyone who will even pick up the phone. When I did order before this, they wouldn't have the ingredients to make my requested drink half of the time. Just go to another boba place, this is a waste of time.
I love bubble tea and the environment of kung fu tea, so I hate to leave a negative review. Still, I ordered online around 3pm Jan 11th., and, thanks to a free promotion, my order for two drinks was only $7.83! Great! What wasn't so great was that, despite flashing the "Open" light, the store was locked and no one was answering the phones. I understand that sometimes you have to step out, but could a sign have been posted or the store been temporarily closed? Anyways, I had to leave town and didn't have time to wait. It was disappointing, but no problem. I could get my money back. So, after about 4 calls over an hour and a half, someone answered and let me know they would return my money and promotion. Woohoo! A week and a half later and nothing yet. If I could get my money back for an order unfulfilled, I'd be happy to change this review. I know $7 isn't much, but it was money charged for services unfulfilled. My mom was pumped for the tea too, so it was all around disappointing. Will edit if anything changes. Old Review* Such a nice place. Decently priced, but even better, everyone was very kind and very helpful!! Workers suggested the passionfruit green tea and it is perfect! Thanks y'all!
Why does it say they are open 11:30 to 9? My wife got all excited just for it to be closed? CHANGE THE HOURS IF IT IS NOT CORRECT!! Drove all the way up here for nothing. Ridiculous

Take almost 2 hours for just the drinks. And staff never answer the phone.
They don’t open on time, they don’t open during certain times, certain days have an excuse not to be open. I really like this place but I only get to come here so often.
Hilariously overpriced and oversweetened, 3 drinks cost around 20 dollars which is very unlike most traditional boba places. The staff was friendly but felt like they barely understood their own menu with how many of the same questions were asked for our order. The Matcha clearly hadn't been stirred and airated properly, bitter and powdery/chunky. Disappointing.

I ordered at 3:16 and at 3:40 they said they had no boba left i watched everyone get there boba before me like give me a refund terrible experience i love the ppl there and i understand it was a rush but that was pathetic cuz now i’m late for work thanks you made my day terrible

3 times I have went here and all 3 times they didn't have what I ordered and the boy with the lisp was rude all 3 times.I won't be wasting my time with it again.
Bad points: - runs out of boba - drinks are very sweet and might not be accurately made Came in at around 7:30PM and they were out of boba...so we had no choice but to have replacement toppings. Ordered thai tea as it's usually a safe choice, but it was not the iconic orange color and it definitely did not taste like Thai tea. They said that maybe there was more milk in it, but I think differently... What was good was the interior and vibe. Good place to take pictures, and there are also board games :)
Wow what are you guys doing in Norman. Two great places in one center. I have a good boba tea place right beside a great authentic Asian restaurant. What??? Unheard of now days. Unbelievable. I'm coming back most definitely. I'm not crazy about great reviews cause it's going to pop. This place is going to get busy. Well deserved. Try it before they get overwhelmed by repeat customers.
They close kinda randomly and the quality is variable.
