Extremely overpriced. Food options become slim after lunch (12). I haven't had awful experiences though. I just think the prices are extreme.

It being on campus obviously everything is overpriced which is annoying but it is what it is. What got me was when a girl grabbed a Plastic fork one of the workers yelled loudly "Those are for customers only, that is theft" which was unnecessary because the girl could've forgot to ask and didnt what to bother them during a rush. And she, the worker, didn't know if she was a "customer" or not she probably buys coffee everyday but wants a fork and gets yelled at? A plastic Fork that doesn't cost anything. You guys charge for water and a tiny yogurt is almost 2 dollars , and you're gonna flip put over a fork? Ridiculous.

Coffee was good, and the barista Remy was extremely friendly and kinda cute. I'll be here every Friday at 3 pm from now on to see him 💋.

Their machines are always broken for weeks and the staff isn’t very friendly. Used to be a nice spot, I will walk to the Union from now on.

The employees are so nice and really care about you. The coffee shop is located in the library, that is in the middle of campus, so there is always a line. They get your drinks out in a timely manner and they are good. Great place, they are always adding new things to the menu, it started off a simply coffee and some bagels now they have an assortment of pastries, a bunch of sandwiches salads and even sushi.

Active atmosphere, very busy at times but quiet between rushes, and plenty of plug-ins.

Great place, they are always adding new things to the menu, it started off a simply coffee and some bagels now they have an assortment of pastries, a bunch of sandwiches salads and even sushi. Knowing all this it's still University owned so that should tell you enough about the food. This is also why it's called the bookmark and NOT Starbucks. You should also know that since it's straitin the middle of the library the most popular place on campus, they will always have a line, it's always busy, however they always seem to find the time to treat everyone nice and are always to fix any issue with your order. There are two reviews on here that say they are incompetent, I guess they don't realize they are dealing with actual STUDENTS that study and work, and not full time employees.

Great place to take a study break and get something to eat or drink without leaving the library. Everyone who works here is a student like the rest of us and they are all awesome and fun to talk to of you take the chance to meet them.

It took 20 minutes to get a medium blonde roast coffee and blueberry bagel. I had to repeat my order to the cashier several times, and most of the employees were to busy chatting amongst themselves to do their job. The line there is always extremely long and slow moving due to their incompetence. If on OU's campus, save yourself time and frustration by walking over to Union or Cate for your coffee.

It's a fake Starbucks in the basement of the library, same price, questionable value, good stuff

Great place to take a break from studying or grab a cup of coffee. They serve starbucks coffee and can make an assortment of drinks from lattes, frappuccinos, teas, and iced or hot coffee. The cafe also as a small number of pastries and premade sandwiches and salads.
