Possibly the best espresso in Oklahoma very smooth with no acidity rich with nutty undertones if you love coffee you are missing out if you have not tried this place

The coffee shop has 2 locations in Edmond, 2nd & Bryant and in the historic building in downtown Edmond, and the interior is decorated in a warm and inviting style. There is also a large outdoor patio that is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee on a sunny day. The staff at Ellis Island is friendly and attentive. They are always happy to make recommendations and help you choose the perfect coffee, wine, or desert. Overall, Ellis Island Coffee & Wine Lounge is a great place to go for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Here are some specific things I liked about Ellis Island Coffee & Wine Lounge: * The coffee was delicious. I had a cappuccino, and it was perfectly made. * The wine list was extensive. I had a glass of red wine, and it was very good. * The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. I felt very comfortable sitting at the coffee shop and working on my laptop. * The staff was friendly and attentive. My server was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Have been to this cafe a bunch of times with friends and it's my favorite go to place. The ambience is lovely. There are a few cozy corners where you can hangout with your friends and have privacy as well. Their staff are very personable and attentive. Good service. Highly recommend.
This is my favorite coffee shop! Super cute and cozy, plenty of seating and great people! They have a group area that can be reserved, and also a couple different couches to sit on.
We love the chill and relaxed atmosphere here. It’s a perfect place for reading a book, studying, working, or getting coffee with a friend. The staff are all very friendly and their drinks and bakery items are great.
Terrible owner, completely inconsiderate of his employees. If you care about where your money goes, go else where.
Can’t beat the coffee! Wish they had a drive thru. You should know, They don’t do blended coffee. The staff is impressive; Well versed in coffee and eager to help you pick your next favorite drink, wether you drink it black or prefer sweeter coffee concoctions. Specifically, they go above and beyond. I watched my barista pouring shots while adding my milk, she accidentally dropped the milk lid into the shots. Without hesitation she threw the shots away, grabbed a new cup and started the shots over. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve witnessed similar occurrences where the employee just keeps going, assuming they will not be seen or that they just don’t care. I appreciated her high level of professionalism and care. No one wants a latte that had a much handled milk lid floating in it. Good job 👏🏻 I’ll be back!!! Oh and the pastries are well worth the calories!
Ellis is my studying sanctuary. The drinks are delightful, the staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect for studying
Best Iced Salted Caramel latt’e in a minute- fast service - Love the atmosphere.
You know how you take that first sip of coffee, and it's too hot to *really* drink. Then you wait for about 5 or 10 minutes, taking occasional sips as it cools off. And then finally, you're where you can finish off the cup pretty quickly.... That's pretty much where the coffee is when it's served here. It's good. I actually really like their coffee. And the staff is great. I love the place, and I've been going there a long time, but the coffee needs to be much hotter when its served.

Honestly the coffee is not that good. They need better cakes The ice cream is really good but this time was awful. I was with a friend five days before thanksgiving day perhaps that was the reason of the poor selection and quality of the ice cream.

I hardly ever write reviews but with this place I just had to. I was looking for a clean and quiet place to study/read at and this place is the spot. While I was there I tried the Apple cheese danish and the London fog, both were so good! The ladies there were super nice also. I will definitely be coming back here and telling my friends/family about Ellis Island Coffee.

A brilliant rustic contemporary coffee house with friendly baristas. It is well lit and comfy!
absolutely amazing coffee. I love the staff and the environment there. Such a cozy little cafe feeling, jazz and the aroma of coffee really just makes this a great study spot.

Younger employee changed my order because she preferred it and got upset when I asked for my original drink. In addition, flavors are bland. Definitely not worth it unless you just want an expensive drink with a decent atmosphere.
One employee needs training on customer service skills . Coffee drinks are served lukewarm.
