Worst boba I ever had, boba is like rock hard and boba is not even coming from straw I had to throw it in dust bin

This place is a hidden gem in regards to coffee. They are open late and don't close down early like other local coffee shops or cafes do. If you are an evening coffee drinker like we are then this is your spot. All the ladies working their are very friendly and polite. They don't give off the smug judging vibe that is usually found at Starbucks. Their coffee which is organic is delicious and is honestly the best coffee that we have found in Edmond. We love to get the caramel macchiato and a blueberry muffin. Not once have we received an old or stale muffin. They are not stingy with their cream cheese when you order a bagel. Their coffee is not overly hot and is always at a great drinking temperature. They have plenty of interior seating and also offer free wifi access which is great for college students since they are just north and within walking distance of the UCO campus. They also offer coffee, tea and brewing devices for making your own beverage at home. Their prices are a lot better then other cafes in the area and they offer a stamp card enable to earn a free drink which we were able to redeem after just a few visits. The barista Hasleigh(?) makes an absolutely amazing cup of caramel macchiato and is super polite, helpful and appreciative. My wife says she makes the best cup of coffee she has ever had. The coffee has never once tasted burnt or bitter even late in the evening. One thing my wife loves about the coffee from here is that she doesn't have to add any sugar to her coffee like she does when we visit other cafes in the area.
First time and last time, unfortunately. Coffee was ok but hard to enjoy with such terrible service. And they have that annoying screen to ask for tips before you've even been served, so of course, I tipped before realizing how awful the service was. Staff: zero stars

The Vibe and styling of the place is amazing! It's so aesthetic and they play such nice music! The coffee is amazing! Will definitely go back again.
Best Thai tea in town. Large selection of teas. The espresso is very good as well. Never been disappointed!
Quiet,,,not too busy...college kids not hanging around. Good coffee,,,and attentive staff. I would pay more for the quiet....
The breakfast croissant and the creme Brule latte are my favorite on the menu. It's so good and the service is great.
This place has gone from being our company's favorite breakfast spot to being a disappointment every time. Whether it's getting our order wrong or up to 1 hour wait times, we're always let down. Their biggest issue is having 1 employee on the clock during rush hour in the mornings and being overwhelmed leading to bad customer service. We will unfortunately not be returning.
Love the people. Always nice and welcoming. I always come in the morning and relax before school and sometime I get something during lunch or after school. Nice small Cafe
We get drinks from here all the time and it’s always a great experience! They have the best drinks and are super friendly. Today I did pickup through Doordash and wasn’t thinking about the time slot. I got there and they were slammed but Madeline did such an amazing job taking care of everyone. She was by herself so I can imagine it was stressful but she handled it like a pro. Highly recommend this place!
They young woman on staff was very pleasant and accommodating she always smiled and extremely professional and represented the business very well.
This place is awesome. Great place to get a refreshing drink and hang, read, do some homework, etc. Fruit smoothies are bomb also.
