We love Merritt's. My family absolutely loves when I come home with Almond Croissants and those Cherry Cheese Twist things. Lol. At least once a year, we grab one of the chocolate cakes with all the layers. It tastes like a Hostess cupcake.
My son-in-law purchased a red velvet cake for my grandson’s birthday. It looked pretty but tasted terrible. A week later, someone gave us a pumpkin and a peach pie from Merritt’s and they were both lacking flavor. My husband and son-in-law thought maybe spices in both - nutmeg or cinnamon? Just missing something. We use to use Merritt’s all the time because we lived close to one of their locations. I’m not sure what’s happened in the last few years.
White chocolate chip cookies are the best
Evrything looks so good, it was hard to choose! But what we got was delicious and surprisingly affordable. The lady that helped us was also very nice.

Yummy yummy yummy. Treats are so delicious. Idk what they do, but they should keep doing it. Friendly service, clean establishment. Try the key lime pie....so amazingly delicious.
We LOVE ❤️ Merritt’s Bakery!!! They have DELICIOUS desserts and treats. Our 100lb. rescue dog 🐶 Bentley LOVES ❤️ their homemade Dog Biscuits. The staff is always friendly, kind and helpful. You’ll love Merritt's Bakery too!
Great customer service. Strawberry cheesecake was great and my daughter loved it. Also a great variety for your sudden sweet tooth.

I was traveling from Louisiana and visited the store during the holidays and I was looking for a specific cake(black forest)and was told how great this bakery is and they have it! It was snowing horribly and the phone clerk was soo kind and helpful as I called and placed an order while traveling to Oklahoma. Therefore, I made it thru the snow and was in Awww as to seeing all the beautiful cakes and pastries! I was bout to buy so many desserts for my family gathering and promote the store with praise..but the customer service from one employee was ridiculously AWFUL!😖I was told if I wanted a specific cake like that, I should've placed my order during the summer!🙁☹️
This Merritt's is horrible. The staff are lazy. When I asked for them to simply make me a cookie sandwich, I got some made up excuse that they aren't allowed. The other Merritt's always will make sandwich cookies for us. Also bought some macarons from them but they were stall and seemed like they must have been old. Ended up just throwing them away. Won't be going to this location again because the other location is so much friendly and better.
This is my favorite bakery. My daughter and I order twice a month it is all delicious and pretty. My favorite is the almond croissant and cannolis . My only critique would be I wish they wouldn't run out of cannolis more often than not that however doesn't stop me from ordering two Tuesdays a month.
Horrible experience of my life. After 6years I finally quit! I came to my senses. I will not call it racial profiling. They are rude some of them, just outright rude! Especially the woman with glasses(older). I challenged the answer I was given on the return procedure, if I don’t like the cake at seeing it, after full payment was made, he canceled it based on hearing me mutter under my breath. Power trip, when there is nothing to trip about. It’s just a cake for a child’s 7th! Horrible young man with glasses was rude and pompous from the onset. Threatened he could make it pricey based on my need!
Baby says croissants are yummy and his mamie, Billie, is the bestest lady there!
We ordered our wedding cake here. Their tasting are amazing. They bake you 2 of your own 6inch cakes to take home. The lady that sat down with us also decorates the cakes. She is super sweet and polite! The rest of the stuff were very friendly and helpful with any questions.
We just got a brownie and some of their cookies. They were awesome! But the cakes look beautiful!
Why aren’t your pastries labeled? What is everything? Shouldn’t have to ask what every single item is. Just label like everyone else.
This location is the best of this chain. The setup is to where you can see everything while not being in anyones way while paying. It’s super cute and there’s a huge variety of cookies but also things like vegan and gluten free options too! We loved getting the free cookie from the Summer Reading Program
