Love this quaint coffee shop and cafe. It was my first visit and they were super helpful and friendly! Great quality and service!!
The two best coffee spots in Wooster are Undergrounds and Surehouse. Undergrounds has a unique vibe that no one in Wooster matches. It encourages you to stay a while with its spacing, decor, and menu! Most coffee shops invoke this rushed feeling but nto Undergrounds! Their coffee is FANTASTIC!!! Their food selection and menu rotates often and the food is superb! A great space to work or enjoy the coffee vibes and read a book!
An unexpected find. This adorable establishment can be found in the lower level of the building. It is quaint and cozy. The space is well-decorated and has a wide variety of menu items. My mom and I each got soup flights. The soups are delicious! I wish we got a larger quantity for the price. We also shared a white chocolate raspberry scone and an oatmeal cookie (both phenomenal). This Café is worth a visit!

Wonderful food, unfortunately terrible customer service. Staff is usually in the back and in no rush to take orders. Customers are made to feel they are an inconvenience for being there.

Basic, in and out coffee. One brew offered, No pour-overs. Only sweeteners are sugar, Sweet-and-Low, or syrups (no Stevia). Barista was friendly.

Good coffee but seriously, a place that makes and sells breakfast to order NEEDS TWO EMPLOYEES!!! If there is other customers there it will take forever to get a simple cup of coffee.
If you're looking for a cozy place to curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee, Undergrounds Café & Coffee House is the perfect spot. The café has a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The coffee is delicious, and the selection of pastries and sandwiches is also excellent. I highly recommend Undergrounds Café & Coffee House!
not my cup of coffee. If you like peeps in your coffee and baristas complaining about being under staffed (despite being the only customer) this may be your place.

I I had ordered 12 deli sandwich boxes to go, for a meeting/presentation. Lettuce and tomato in those sandwiches was stale, overall the meat and bread quality was fair at best. There were no napkins or utensils in the bag either. Though I had asked him specifically for those items. It was embarrassing. I would not recommend this place.
