servers were discriminatory to my friend and my nephew. i wouldn't give my business to these people. so much for "family." yikes!

Good ice cream, crowded storefront. Was not excellent per say, but was not bad. Flavored milks are fun, and seem well made and packaged, at approximately the price of a gallon of milk per single serving. They offer locally sourced minimally processed milk products that their price tag reflects. Met expectations.

Came here for the 2nd time today the first time was a five star experience but unfortunately this time wasnt as pleasurable they were very nice but for some reason unable to provide me with the flurry which I wanted so i settled for a small peanut butter milk shake it was a very small portion for 4 dollars and it was rock hard so it wasnt worth it next time but I would still like to come back again because the customer service was pretty good 👍
Great food, reasonable price and fantastic ice cream. It is all made on site. You can also buy real milk, in glass bottles that it not homogenized. They have cut out most of the Food But they have added coffee and espresso..
ice cream is unreliable. At its best the custard is incredible, most of the time it’s okay. Also, they may take a natural approach to milk production but the ice cream ingredient list is long and full of red 40.
We are visiting from out of state. Hartzler ice cream was absolutely wonderful. Also the best chocolate milk I've ever had.

I have not had the privilege to attend the restaurant nor the dairy but I do get their products in Columbus. Absolutely the best milk and cream I have ever had. The traditional products are great but that orange cream is ridiculously good. Such a treat!
New coffee machine is a game changer. Flat white tastes awesome. I hope they hold onto this quality taste! Not far from our @pacehealthcare offices.
First time there with a baby and we all had fun checking out all of the flavors and playing on the jungle gym. The young staff was visibily exhausted and each new customer that came in you could feel their defeat but they just kept going!
Very nice place. Got chaotic when a bunch of people showed up. People didn't know who's ice cream was who's when they would randomly set cones on the counter without announcing the flavor. As for the ice cream, the flavors were unique and not overwhelming. I had a mint flavored shake and it was delicious. My wife and kids enjoyed their ice cream and shakes as well. We'll definitely be going back for more.
ordered a "moothie" as they called it. Given a couple of milk and scoops of ice cream. I had to sip the milk to ensure it wouldn't get spilt. Their ice cream is good. Their processes aren't entirely accurate. Disappointed.
