Restrooms have been down for a long time....
Not a single person out of the six in the store, except me, was wearing a mask. That includes the three employees. No wonder Ohio is about to shutdown again. Christ.
Avoid this at all cost. Drive 10 miles and go Lebanon truck stop or Speedway ay 48 exit.. They have people that care and want to be there They also have food and coffee. All the time..
This morning at 6:30 the line was past the door and stretched to the aisles there where 3 people working behind the counter and only one register open next time I’ll go across the street for my morning coffee and gas. People are trying to get to work it’s ridiculous.
The worst experience ever in a Shell Gas Station I wasn’t offered or told about my veterans discount. As well I was told that they don’t have the capability to do split transactions. This happen at about 7pm the older lady cashier was extremely rude wouldn’t give me any numbers to management argued with me not trying to assist me at all. We travel from Ohio to Tennessee quite often since we have fuel rewards this is why we use Shell.
Not friendly employees
Stopped in on our way through town. Completely out of coffee. Two cashiers standing unbusy at register when I said something about not having any coffee one cashier rolled her eyes at me the other said oh okay. No offer to start any...what gas station doesn't offer coffee?
