Good coffee. Good service
only problem i’ve had was i got milk instead after requesting almond milk and i’m lactose intolerant so it made me feel quite sick, every other time i’ve been it was good though

Their only downside is that they are so good, there's usually a wait, but always a quick turnaround by very friendly staff.
It's a cute little coffee shop. Its always busy but it's the best place to get a coffee from a drive thru in Wilmington.

I placed a bakery order for an event I was hosting- the staff could not have been kinder. The pastries and muffins were absolutely beautiful and delicious. Genuinely the best blueberry muffin I think I've ever had. Will be ordering from them again!
My favorite local coffee place. We love to stop here when in town. They have coffees, teas, some bottled drinks, cheesecake slices, and sometimes other treats. The employees are the best, always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
UPDATED: 2023….Kairos has maintained a high standard of customer care, quality product, discount programs & customer engagement. The addition of the bakery has been wonderful. Everything is delicious but we most appreciate the gluten free options as 2/3 of our family have medical restrictions. Continuing to HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location. 2020 review: Great environment. Delicious drinks. Even my junior coffee / drink consumers enjoyed their treats. The staff were pleasant & very welcoming. Highly recommend trying this location. It’s nice to have a 3rd sit down coffee shop in town & that they are spread out. (Not counting the new Starbucks as the 4th). Note for the winter the sidewalk will potentially dangerous for walking up with the crazy angel out front.

The employees are so kind and helpful everytime I come here. I enjoy coming in to get my hot chocolate and sweet treat. It is so clean and welcoming. It is a very pleasant experience each time I come in.
Boy things have changed! Wish we could tip after placing an order. After a 20 min wait & being the only customer in the store. Two workers doing 1 drink at a time. Why? As I stood at the counter waiting I watched the drive thru back all the way to BK. Before I regretfully touched the sticky counter I seen several cars leave. Thank goodness theirs a coffee shop every few miles. Off to explore my new fave shop.

Awesome and knowledgeable staff. Very friendly. Pleasant atmosphere. Food was good, but all prepackaged. Pricing was well worth it.
Scammers who don't honor their prices/coupons on the Wilmington schools saving pass. I bought several passes simply bc Kairos was on it! Big waste of time and money!
BEST COFFEE EVER. And omg their recent Drink of the Month, the Apple Pie Chai Latte, tasted EXACTLY like apple pie. My husband, whom is not a big fan of coffee and only likes sweet tea, tried my Chai latte and he was absolutely mind blown! He couldn't believe how much it tasted like apple pie 😄 My favorite drink of the month from here is the hot S'mores coffee. They use a special ingredient to make it taste EXACTLY like a toasted marshmellow. Like how are these guys so creative with coffee??? They're like the Bob's Burgers of coffee 🤣🥰 Definitely go support this business over Starbucks. You will not be disappointed! Nothing but quality and the staff are so kind and love what they do :)
