Ordered chocolates to pick up on Valentine’s Day and I ended up having to go out of town. Forgot about them. Nobody ever called me. I remembered and called them and they told me they threw them out! Kept my money no problem and did not offer a replacement. Terrible experience for my first time buying from them.
Don’t usually do reviews or drink coffee, but this place is too good not too! Best coffee I’ve had!

This place was awesome! Friendly, fast, and amazing lattes. I had the nutcracker and enjoyed every drop. It your looking for a wholesome family experience this is the place.
Best coffee and chocolates in Troy!! Baristas are ALWAYS welcoming and so friendly. Always helping me with what I need when I need it and they don’t stop until they make sure I leave happy. I enjoy coming every week. They look like they really love their job. The chocolates are always looking so great out on display
I would have rated it higher however, there were 8-10 people in line to order or waiting on orders, most waiting to order. The two "Biristas" there were spending much more time talking than working. As well, not paying attention, made my coffee wrong. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Get To Work!!
They are very community oriented and our walking Club started our walk there I had a chai latte to support the store and it was very good
I live in close proximity to this location. The baristas are always welcoming and accommidating to the patrons that grace their store. This location offers in house seating, as well, as extra seating on the other side of coffee bar. Coffee beans/grounds are for purchase. As well, as Winans brands of chocolates.

Very friendly staff and a well made breve. If you are heading to Around About Books next door, I don't know how you can pass this place up after walking though the amazing aroma of coffee and chocolate.
Best coffee in Troy and Piqua, great atmosphere, and delicious chocolates. We love to go and sit and enjoy a cup and just chat.

The atmosphere of Winans is quite nice, staff are lovely, and great prices. I would say that the coffee (I had a straight iced black coffee) was kinda awful, weird underlying flavors that made it really hard to finish (I didn’t). The wifi is also spotty. I would come back for the chocolate, but not for coffee.
Great place to grab coffee, tea, or even a smoothie. Nice meeting room area in the back as well. Baristas are friendly and personable. Coffee and chocolates are so delicious
