Such a big fan of SIP! They're always busy but handle it well and the drinks/food are fantastic. Sometimes it's hard finding a seat in the morning if you're going to stay, but the owner is usually there and on top of it!

Update 20230313: still great. Every time I come in I'm pleasantly surprised that no matter who is working, I get the same great service and everyone is always smiling. Original review: Wonderful place. Great service, great atmosphere, tons of space, good coffee, locally made sweets and treats. Wonderful light too with the corner location and tons of giant windows.
☕️ I love the Sip staff and environment! They are always super friendly and welcoming to their customers. 😀 Sip is a great place to get coffee, do homework, have meetings, or just a nice little coffee shop to visit from time to time.
What a great place to be on a Sunday afternoon! It was very busy so we had to wait for a place to sit but the service was excellent. My iced Chai latte was just right.
SIP is my go-to study/relax place. The service is fanominal, the Baristas always have a smile and care about your order. The drinks are always refreshing, and seem to hit the spot every time. The environment encourages you to just focus, I typically use that to my advantages when I have an exam coming up. They have a wonderful loft area with plenty of tables and seats for your ideal study session. Would highly recommend checking this place out even if you are just grabbing a cup of coffee with someone. Great environment, great people.
This place was recommended to me many times. It does live up to the hype. The vanilla iced latte is amazing. Would go here over any other coffee shop in the city 10/10.
One of my favorite local spots. Drinks are made well and sourced from a variety of local roasters. Good selection of food. Curbside service is awesome when I have kids in tow. Can be a bit loud inside if you're looking for a more contemplative environment.

Great local coffee, tea, food and hangout place. Lots of space for socializing, but also easy to find quiet, comfortable seating for remote work if you need it. Lots of food and drink options, most of which are local or scratch-made. Definitely recommend!
