Very nice ambiance and friendly staff. The coffee is horrible; staff asked if I wanted room for cream… I asked if they had real cream… she said ‘Yes’ and served me coffee with half and half in it… so much for leaving room. The Ham and Cheese crepe is full of the saltiest Processed lunch meat, and the pasteries are dull and average at best.
Always an amazing experience. Customer service is great, crepes are amazing and the cold brew is even better. Highly recommend.
What a great find! Shawna, the barista, makes a great cup of coffee. The syrups are homemade and flavorful. The coffee is very affordable compared to every other coffee shop in town. They also sell crepes which are also very good.

Note: I have only had to-go orders from this establishment. Pros: Very quick service, quality drink selection, friendly staff, interior is spacious and inviting, drink prices are fantastic Cons: ham on ham n cheese was rubbery on a crepe that was alternately crispy in some spots and doughy in others, heavy. Note: 3 out of 4 visits one employee stood near back of service area and just stared at me, incl. throughout my time waiting for coffee (not present on 4/13). Not bad, but weird. Seemed friendly when greeting and saying goodbye. Overall: I definitely recommend coming in for coffee. Other reviews indicate an appreciation for the crepes, but mine was really bad. It was 'to go' but I also only had to drive a single block into the neighborhood before sitting down and eating it. Unpredictable quality? I will be back for coffee, but probably not going to bother with their food again. Just wasn't good enough to test it out again at the cost (which was good cost for the amount of food, by the way, but not for testing in the hopes it is good after a bad experience).
My new favorite crepe and latte place! Right across the street from our apartment!! Literally the best latte I've had in years. Creamy and frothy, just the way I like it. The crepes are gorgeous and a large portion. The prices are very reasonable. The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable, and it has a very homey atmosphere. They are clearly passionate about what they make here!
I’ve eaten take out and dine in here. Both are quick and handled with equal amounts of care. The staff are super lovely and friendly! I’ve only been in twice but the baristas both remembered me and things that I’ve told them. The food is great and very well priced, even for the big portion sizes it doesn’t go over ten bucks. And my goodness the lattes! They’re the best lattes I’ve had in years. Please go and enjoy this wonderful place!

This reminds me of a little cafe you would find in a small town. Very nice, very clean, very nice service, a nice place if you had some work to do & wanted a bite to eat as well.

Great independent coffee shop! The staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The coffee and crepes are both delicious. Glad to have a good coffee shop in this part of town.
The saddest part about coming to Sip & Brew is getting down to the last bite.

This place is SO CUTE inside!! Friendly, hard- working staff! And everyone looks HAPPY TO BE THERE. Great flavor in there Special Brew coffee!! I can’t wait to come back and get my normal latte to see how the espresso is! Got complimentary treat of their cocoa balls and they are YUMMY!!! Just wish they used another sweetening method besides sugar.
I was really surprised by Sip & Brew. It's way out of my way normally, but I was on that side of town. Service was great, friendly and the surroundings inside blew me away. I grabbed a latte, but it took me a while to drink cause it was super hot. Overall taste was good, I'd give it a 4.4 really, but it only lets me put in whole numbers.
