Beautiful Food, Drinks and Atmosphere!
Beautiful decor and vibe (something downtown needs more of), tasty drinks, and delicious cookies. Don’t forget to try the cheesecake!
Had a really great experience at the newest Downtown coffee lounge, an amazing vibe with the downtown atmosphere and a very unique experience with the elegant interior decor and design, very cool, must check it out 👀 Wait time was not as long as I expected for the first day with the staff still getting familiar with everything. I had a veteran coffee lover with me and she was very happy and satisfied with her beverage compared to the franchise competitors she frequents for convenience, this was better than even the ⭐💵 she said lol We also tried some food and enjoyed everything we sampled, especially the cheesecake 👍 Once the staff gets settled in this week and more comfortable I'm sure it will be a 5 star experience. Stop in and try it out for yourself next time you walk by ☕
The ambiance is lovely, the barista was friendly, and the latte was delicious. The inviting space is perfect to meet with friends or to do work.
Four stars for cheesecake. Thanks for opening a location in downtown Toledo. Looks like a great place for lunch meetings and cute alternative to a bar for date night.

What an absolutely beautiful location and amazing service to match. I have been so excited for Brew House downtown to open and cant wait to visit again. The perfect spot for a cozy cup of coffee or a little meet up!
What a lovely addition to downtown Toledo! The decor is gorgeous! Same great coffee and treats that made the Maumee location so successful. I'm excited to see this business grow.

It was opening day new employees, and a constant flow of customers.People should learn to be more patient. Opening a new business takes a lot.I was pleased and happy with the food and service. Cut a new business a break.

We came during the opening week. Friendly staff! We have a rowdy bunch of kids who wanted to be everywhere they shouldn't be, but the staff was kind, helpful, and easily handled our crazy bunch by helping us find more suitable seating and bringing us our food and drinks. Drinks were the same great quality as the first store. Clean spacious bathrooms. The separate dining space is great with lots of different seating combinations. We look forward to coming back soon.
The new location is super cute! Have been to the Maumee location many times over the years so came to check out the new location. The chai latte is always amazing and the staff were friendly.
Dropped by on the warm opening day and asked for a cold brew on the menu, was told it's not available yet, they also didn't have lids for cold drinks. I opted for a macchiato and it was excellent. The ordering line is unorganized as there are people standing right at the entrance to order and blocking entry, maybe organize the line ? The lady who took the order was friendly and welcoming but the barista was not so. Great addition to downtown Toledo with nice interiors. I'm sure if they work on their issues it would be great. Be nice to your customers they bring you business.
*Update: I gave a 4 star review but per the owner’s response, my honest review is “not kind.” You deserve a 2 star for subpar customer service although I really liked the coffee. Stopped by during opening day. This coffee shop is a great addition to downtown Toledo. The vintage interior and atmosphere are ideal to sit and enjoy coffee and study, work. Pros: -Iced latte is 10/10 -Lots of sitting areas even for a large group -Variety of food options aside from coffee Could improve: - I stopped by at 3:30PM and they already had ran out of nitro, vanilla syrup, lids but closing is at 9PM? -The male barista was not friendly…and it’s only the first day? Happy baristas make a successful coffee shop!
Stopped by during the soft opening and was blown away! I've been a fan of the Maumee location ever since it opened and now there's one conveniently located downtown. They have a varied food menu and the iced chai I ordered was delicious! The employees were kind and helpful. I will definitely be back regularly!
