Love the place well worth going to honestly.. I like them lil better than most. Expensive but ears are open and done right and very tasty .. I was busy talking ok. The phone and yea that's not polite to the but she still nailed it with what I was texting. S

Book shop is fine, but the coffee shop is horrid. Took forever to place an order, which was more expensive than Starbucks (who let’s face it is already way overpriced) and the coffee was in drinkable. We ordered two plain lattes, couldn’t drink more than a few sips before tossing it out. It was beyond bitter, just tasted of burnt cardboard.

Visited BAM to check for something to read. Had a caffeine urge, so I got a cup of coffee to go. The coffee was fine and the service was easant.

This is a nice cafe. I went here while I was at Books-A-Million and was satisfied with my experience. I walked up to the cashier and ordered a chocolate chip cookie. I got my chocolate chip cookie and sat down on an armchair in the cafe. I ate my cookie and it tasted good. After I ate my cookie, I left the cafe, satisfied with my experience. I gave this cafe five stars because it has comfy seats and I had a tasty chocolate chip cookie.

I wish I had nice things to say about this place..... other than the nice big selection of books in a variety of subjects and genres thats where it ends. Their online store is in essence a joke. While yes the seletion is there just as is in the store; dont expect your products to reach you in a "new" condition. That is the case with me as pick up in store was not an option i had to have my order delivered to me. What I got was 2 books that looked anything but "new" Called to get assistance and was treated rudely and given unwanted attitude. Long story short; I eventually did get refunded the full amount for the damaged books but this store has lost my business for good. So please, do yourself a favor and take yours elsewhere too. Managers and assosicates who are rude to customers and guests in their store do not deserve anybodys business or to have a job in customer relations / retail.
Nice selection for everyone, no matter what type of books, games or cards. Nice cafe.
A wonderful selection of different books, the only problem is it's ALWAYS hot in there
