Great little coffee shop. I had Maple city Latte and it was really good. Did not get any food but if I had I would try one of the cookies. They are the size of a dinner plate!

One of the best coffee shops I've seen in quite a while. Lots of room to move around in - quiet and clean - and pretty busy for a weekday afternoon. Seating options galore - the bar by the window, a table by the fireplace, a little nook by the flowers and the kids area, or a room off to the side for a little seclusion. Lots of gifts items on display and the biggest $1 cookies I've seen in a coffee shop! Prices were very fair - on par with the competition or less on some items. Service was fast and friendly though. I had the large $4 Cappuccino and the flavor was amazing. Strong but smooth, and no bitterness. The coffee beans here come from Crimson Cup in Columbus. If you know your coffee then you know that if they're serving Crimson Cup ... it's going to be good. Sheri's Coffee House is definitely recommended!

The service is super fast if you use the app, but not so fast if you have to get in line. The coffee and snacks are very tasty too.

I do not drink coffee however, their strawberry banana smoothies are the best. Staff is always friendly. Great place to stop.
This is delicious. The only reason I gave it a 4-star is because its always busy. I go there for Fridays. Always busy it's still very good
Nice people and get atmosphere, not crowded at!!! Very welcoming and spacious. Had a nice little kid area at one part of the store, that wouldn't bother the rest of the coffee shop. The Changing stations were nice for charging, with plenty of room for a laptop. Next time I come here I will probably bring my family to.
Sheri's is a Norwalk tradition of excellent coffee and breakfast items. All around, it's just a cozy and comfortable place to hang out.

I stopped in yesterday and waited while several customers before me were waited on.my turn came up and a group of people came in through the back and the clerks totally ignored me welcomed them and started taking there orders. I will not be coming back
This is a lovely coffee shop. The coffee itself is good, and I had to try the Buckeye Frozen Coffee. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff were also very friendly
The coffee is fantastic, probably some of the best I've ever had. They are usually moderately busy, but no busier than any other coffee shop. Service is always, I mean 100% of the time, a serious issue. They're not rude, necessarily, but always seem stressed & the order system seems really disorganized. I placed an online order at 9:05 for 2 drinks & it wasn't ready until 9:50. Just visit when you're not in a hurry, I guess.
Such a great coffee shop. A lot of space, many little things that you can buy for yourself or as a gift. Good coffee. Enjoyed our visit there!
